展会简介
The Exhibition Value of the China International Sporting Goods Fair in Indonesia
- China’s first overseas professional trade show for the sporting goods industry and the largest B2B platform for sporting goods in the ASEAN region: Co-organized by the China Sporting Goods Federation, Zhejiang MioLante Business Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Zhongti Lian (Beijing) Sports Industry Development Co., Ltd., this event marks the first “going-global” exhibition launched by the China Sporting Goods Federation and is also the largest B2B specialized trade show for sporting goods in ASEAN. In alignment with the national Belt and Road Initiative, the fair helps Chinese enterprises tap into emerging ASEAN markets and is widely recognized within the industry as a “fast track” for Chinese sporting goods companies expanding overseas and an “intermediate hub” connecting domestic and international trade demands.
- A one-stop showcase covering the entire industry value chain: The fair features three major exhibition zones—Fitness Equipment, Sports Venues & Facility Construction, and Sports Consumption & Services—further subdivided into ten product categories, including venue facilities and flooring, massage and health products, ball sports, racquet and martial arts equipment, fitness machinery and supplies, outdoor fitness gear and children’s recreational equipment, sports leisure products, ice and snow sports gear and facilities, sports industry and services, rehabilitation equipment and services, and aviation and radio‑controlled sports. These segments comprehensively cover the full spectrum of China’s sporting goods manufacturing and service sectors.
- Precise matchmaking with core ASEAN buyers and channel partners: The 2025 edition attracted 18,000 professional visitors from ASEAN and around the world, along with 325 exhibiting companies, occupying a total exhibition space of 16,000 square meters. The inaugural 2024 event drew over 50 participating companies, welcomed 1,200 professional buyers, and enjoyed exceptionally high attendance. The fair brought together leading local Indonesian distributors in running, outdoor activities, cycling, water sports, and other sectors, such as SUKA OUTDOOR, EIGER, Polygon, Rip Curl, and others. Exhibitors had direct access to ASEAN’s most influential distributors, retailers, and traders, enabling efficient business connections and market expansion.
- Unique value for Chinese enterprises—strategic engine for expanding into the ASEAN market: Demand for sporting goods across ASEAN countries is increasingly diversified and personalized, with particularly strong demand in Indonesia. This fair presents an ideal opportunity for domestic sporting goods brands to extend their overseas operations, helping Chinese companies reach a broader Southeast Asian sports market. During the event, complementary activities such as trade‑matching sessions and specialized forums will provide exhibitors with platforms to connect precisely with Indonesian distributors and buyers. Many participating companies have already leveraged this platform to expand their business footprint and deepen cooperative ties with ASEAN markets and enterprises.
- A cutting-edge venue for technological innovation and industry trends: Smart fitness equipment, eco‑friendly sports flooring, professional competition gear, and rehabilitation devices were among the highlights at the fair. Exhibits spanned venue facilities, fitness equipment, sports rehabilitation, ball sports, and more. Concurrently held events, such as the “Professional Forum on Technology and Community Support Driving National Sporting Excellence” and the “Indonesian Fitness Trainers Association Forum,” explored new directions in the development of the sports industries of China and Indonesia from multiple perspectives, demonstrating strong forward‑looking insights.
- Deep integration of high‑level forums and industry resources: Alongside the main exhibition, the fair hosted a series of activities, including the China–Indonesia Sports Industry Exchange Forum, trade‑matching sessions, and specialized seminars, inviting experts from both countries’ sports industries, representatives of industry associations, and heads of distribution networks to engage in dialogue, thereby helping exhibitors gain deeper insights into ASEAN market policies, consumer trends, and collaboration opportunities.
- Jakarta’s locational and industrial advantages: Held at the Jakarta International Expo, Jakarta serves as Indonesia’s capital and the economic hub of ASEAN, radiating to an ASEAN market of 600 million consumers. In recent years, demand for outdoor sporting goods in Indonesia has shown steady growth, becoming a key driver of the regional import‑export supply chain for outdoor sports. Leveraging Indonesia’s strategic position as ASEAN’s largest economy, this fair provides exhibitors with a strategic platform to connect with both ASEAN and global markets.
