展会简介
The Exhibition Value of the Guangzhou International Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition
- The Guangzhou International Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Exhibition is the largest and most influential professional event for intelligent manufacturing and automation solutions in South China. As a sister show to SPS IPC Drives—the Nuremberg-based trade fair for smart production solutions—it has been successfully held for more than ten editions since its inception in 2010 and is widely recognized by the industry as a leading indicator of trends in South China’s intelligent manufacturing sector and a strategic gateway for global automation technologies entering the Chinese market. Co-organized by Guangzhou Guangya Frankfurt Exhibition Co., Ltd., China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Co., Ltd., and other authoritative institutions, the 2026 edition will be held concurrently with the Guangzhou Industrial Technology Exhibition and the Asia International Mould & Die Exhibition, together forming an end-to-end manufacturing platform that spans from core components to system integration.
- The core value of participating lies in its unique ability to serve as a precise link between the platform’s regional positioning in South China—a global manufacturing hub—and its highly concentrated pool of specialized buyers. In 2026, the exhibition will attract over 420 exhibitors from around the world, with a total exhibition space of 28,500 square meters and more than 40,000 professional visitors, including international attendees from 91 countries and regions—an increase of 20% compared to the previous edition. Exhibitors include domestic and international industry leaders such as Autonics, Baumer, B&R, Festo, Cognex, Lenze, Turck, and Guangzhou CNC, while the visitor base comprises technical procurement teams from leading manufacturers like Xinwangda, Foxconn, Midea, BYD, and Jinshahe Flour Industry.
- The exhibition establishes a one-stop commercial platform covering the entire intelligent manufacturing value chain. Exhibits span all categories, including sensing technologies, drive systems and motion control, control technologies, industrial software and IT, connectivity solutions, industrial robots, intelligent equipment and system integration, industrial communications, and human–machine interfaces. The event features a dedicated “Future Innovation Zone” showcasing international brands such as Lenze, Baumer, Festo, and Turck; a “Start-up Zone” providing resource‑matching opportunities for emerging companies like Jukong Xincheng; and an “International Pavilion” highlighting cutting-edge overseas technologies and products.
- Keeping pace with three major industry trends—industrial AI, embodied intelligence, and digital transformation—the exhibition has established a high‑level technological hub fostering deep integration among industry, academia, research, and application. In 2026, the exhibition will host 13 high‑quality concurrent forums, featuring nearly 80 thematic presentations on hot topics such as industrial AI, digital twins, industrial cybersecurity, and embodied intelligence. The flagship “Manufacturing Digitalization and Intelligent Transformation Summit” will bring together Professor Tao Fei from Beihang University, Associate Dean Wang Yu from the Beijing Institute of Scientific Intelligence, along with representatives from Huawei, Qi An Xin Technology, Foxconn, and other leading enterprises, to analyze the latest trends in manufacturing digitalization. Additionally, the China Association for Mechatronic Technology Applications, in collaboration with the exhibition, will organize the “2026 Greater Bay Area Conference on Embodied Intelligence in Manufacturing,” focusing on cutting-edge issues such as humanoid robot applications and large‑scale data‑driven factories for embodied intelligence. Concurrent events will also include a forum on AI‑driven smart wearables, an automotive manufacturing summit, and a forum on digitally driven liquid food production.
- For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition serves as a strategic gateway to expand into the South China market, connect with global resources, and showcase their innovative capabilities. By leveraging the Greater Bay Area’s status as a manufacturing powerhouse and drawing on the extensive global brand network of SPS, the exhibition provides exhibitors with an internationally oriented platform. In 2026, well‑known brands from Germany, South Korea, the United States, and other countries will participate; exhibitors such as Turck and Jialing have reported receiving visits from overseas clients from Germany, Indonesia, and other nations, with exceptionally high levels of professional engagement. Through this platform, participating companies can tap into South China’s core procurement networks and seize early opportunities in the intelligent, green, and globally oriented transformation of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
