Supported by government bodies such as the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM), alongside industry associations, the Macao Asia International Hotel Supplies & Food Expo (AHSE) has become the only professional trade exhibition in Macao themed around hotels, catering, and food & beverages.

AHSE has attracted over 100 renowned enterprises from 18 countries and regions, including Russia, the UK, Sri Lanka, Argentina, Venezuela, Japan, and Hong Kong (China). It has drawn over 20,000 professional visitors from 32 countries and regions, facilitating more than 100 on-site business matching meetings.

With the vision of "The Future is Here," the expo plans to cover an area of 20,000 square meters. It will invite over 100 international VIP buyers and renowned purchasers to connect with exhibitors through a pre-show matchmaking system for face-to-face negotiations. This aims to foster cooperation while exploring in-depth solutions to structural challenges and business models within the hotel supplies and food industry chain.

The organizers continue to deepen their focus on existing categories such as coffee & tea, catering equipment, culinary ingredients, bakery, and ice cream, striving to further expand depth and breadth in these mature sectors by showcasing cutting-edge products and technologies.
