The Beijing University Logistics & Catering Exhibition (UPOCM) aims to further empower the development of the university catering sector by deeply analyzing industry pain points and centrally showcasing trends across the upstream and downstream supply chain. It provides a professional, high-quality platform integrating business matchmaking, expert consulting, financial services, and trade procurement.

Established in early 2002, the Beijing University Food Ingredients Joint Procurement Center (abbreviated as "Gao Lian Cai" or "Joint Procurement Center") operates under the brand endorsement and business credit of university logistics and catering units. It is a dedicated service platform for university catering, functioning as a public welfare service platform initiated by industry organizations, voluntarily united by universities, and supported by government promotion.

The UPOCM attracts high-quality exhibitors across all categories nationwide. Industry-leading brands such as Anjoy Foods, Capital Agribusiness Group (Shounong), Wudeli Flour, Yihai Kerry, Wens Group, Daoxiangcun Group, Huangshanghuang, Haitian Group, and Lee Kum Kee will showcase their products side-by-side. Local governments, including those of Baoding, Jining, and Zhangjiakou, will also participate with regional specialty pavilions. Authoritative institutions like the 832 Platform and the China Animal Agriculture Association will organize dedicated exhibition groups. With a robust exhibitor lineup and a rich variety of products, the expo offers a one-stop procurement solution for university catering.

Leaders and faculty members from logistics and catering departments of nearly 70 universities in Beijing visited the site to thoroughly understand exhibitors' products, expressing strong procurement intentions and business matchmaking needs. Meanwhile, university logistics representatives from Shanxi, Sichuan, Henan, Hunan, Tianjin, and Hebei highly praised the expo. Government agency cafeterias, large-scale institutional catering enterprises, and supply chain companies also discovered abundant, innovative, and cost-effective product resources at the event.

This edition of the UPOCM attracted over 200 exhibitors showcasing nearly 10,000 products, spanning food ingredients, renowned institutional & commercial catering brands, kitchen processing equipment, kitchen consumables, and smart cafeteria systems. Furthermore, government delegations from Baoding, Jining, Datong, and Wuqing District (Tianjin), alongside the China Animal Agriculture Association and the 832 Platform, dispatched strong exhibition groups. The dazzling array of exhibits not only enriched the expo but also identified more suitable channels and scenarios for the high-quality development of rural revitalization initiatives.
