China Beijing Catering Procurement ExpoCCPE

The Beijing Catering Procurement Expo (CCPE) is approved by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce and co-organized by the China Food Culture Research Association's Ingredients Professional Committee, the China Food Culture Research Association's Hotpot and Barbecue Professional Committee, and the China Food Culture Research Association's Healthy Group Meal Development Committee. The exhibition is themed around "Procuring Honest Good Products" to provide a platform for enterprises to network, learn, exchange, promote, and sell.

The previous edition of the Beijing Catering Procurement Expo CCPE covered an area of 50,000 square meters, featuring exhibitors from various sectors including poultry, aquatic products, prepared dishes, processed foods, hot pot ingredients, frozen foods, fungi vegetables, seasonings, and ingredients for catering/hotel industries, as well as kitchenware and equipment, catering supply chain/services systems, central kitchens, takeout products, and catering franchises.

The exhibition also includes concurrent events such as the China Catering Industry Summit; the China Hotpot and Barbecue Forum; the China Healthy Group Meal Development Forum; and the China Catering Brand Supply Chain Summit. Focused on ordering, distribution, e-commerce, menu innovation, forums, and cooking competitions, it leverages the professional customer resources of multiple host organizations to serve the catering industry in Beijing and nationwide.
