The Beijing Catering Procurement Exhibition (CCPE) is approved by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce and jointly organized by the Ingredients Professional Committee, the Hotpot & BBQ Professional Committee, and the Healthy Group Catering Development Committee of the China Food Culture Research Association. Centered on the theme of "Sourcing Reliable & High-Quality Products," the exhibition aims to build a platform for enterprises to network, learn, communicate, promote, and sell.

The Beijing Catering Procurement Exhibition (CCPE) covered an area of 50,000 square meters in its previous edition, making it the largest and most influential professional catering exhibition in Northern China.
