The Argentina International Machine Tool, Metalworking and Robotics Exhibition (FIMAQH) is the most influential machine tool exhibition in Argentina and South America. It is independently organized by the authoritative Argentine Machine Tool Industry Association (CARMAHE). Originating from the second largest machine tool exhibition in Latin America, EMAQH, which started in 1982, the Argentina International Machine Tool, Metalworking and Robotics Exhibition (FIMAQH) was independently organized by CARMAHE due to the scale reduction and postponement of EMAQH caused by the economic crisis in Argentina in 2002. The transaction volume and number of professional visitors have repeatedly set new records. This is closely related to the six consecutive years of high-speed economic growth in Argentina after its economic recovery. Even under the impact of the global financial crisis in 2008, Argentina's economy maintained a growth rate of 7%. This is undoubtedly attributed to Argentina's policy of adjusting industrial structure and accelerating industrial growth. Since the first quarter of 2012, the average annual increase in industrial production in Argentina has been 15%. The development of the automotive, steel, and machinery industries further stimulates the demand for capital goods such as machine tools in Argentina.

The previous edition of the Argentina International Machine Tool, Metalworking and Robotics Exhibition (FIMAQH) covered an area of 56,000 square meters, with 839 exhibitors from countries and regions such as China, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, Australia, Canada, etc., and attracted 61,700 visitors.
