The UzFood Tashkent Food Expo in Uzbekistan is the largest and most influential food exhibition in Uzbekistan. It has received strong support from the Ministry of Agricultural Resources and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Farmers' Association, the Retailers' Association, the Food Industry Association, the Meat Products and Dairy Industry Association, state-owned food enterprises, and the Tashkent City Government.
