UzFood Tashkent International Food Exhibition is the largest and most influential food exhibition in Uzbekistan. It receives strong official support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Uzbekistan, the Farmers' Association, the Retailers' Association, the Food Industry Association, the Meat and Dairy Industry Associations, state-owned food enterprises, and the Tashkent City Government.

The previous edition of UzFood covered a total exhibition area of 13,000 square meters, featuring 285 exhibitors from China, Thailand, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Hong Kong (China), Singapore, and other regions, attracting 12,880 attendees.

Every year, leading manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors from Uzbekistan and the global food market gather here. UzFood attracts senior executives, importers, and distributors from major enterprises, providing a high-quality platform for them to closely explore various food products and related equipment, and discover business cooperation opportunities.

Historical data shows strong purchasing intentions among local professional buyers: 33% for food processing equipment, 26% for confectionery, and 25% for baking equipment. Demand for packaging machinery, beverages, and ingredients is equally robust. There is a clear gap across the entire industry chain from production and processing to packaging, which highly aligns with the strengths of Chinese enterprises.
