AAHAR - International Food & Hospitality Fair is the largest food and hospitality exhibition in India and South Asia. It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI).

The previous edition of AAHAR covered a total area of 70,000 square meters, featuring 1,200 exhibitors from China, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries, with 53,000 attendees. It attracted numerous professionals from the hospitality and foodservice sectors for trade negotiations, with 52% of visitors being corporate decision-makers. The number of exhibitors reached a new historical high. This exhibition is one of the largest and longest-running hospitality and foodservice trade shows in India.

Compared to previous editions, the AAHAR exhibition layout has been optimized, with clearer zoning and on-site guidance, resulting in exceptionally high foot traffic. Chinese exhibitors primarily showcased commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, baking tools, and kitchen sanitary ware. Notable participants included Jieguan Commercial Kitchen, Chuangli Refrigeration, Ningbo Baili, and Guangdong Longzhihu.
