India New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food ExpoAAHAR

The India New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food Expo(AAHAR) is the largest hotel supplies and food exhibition in India and South Asia. It is co-organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MFPI), Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and the Association of Catering and Hotel Industry (ARCHI). The India New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food Exhibition AAHAR had an exhibition area of 70,000 square meters with 1,200 participating companies from China, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc., and the number of visitors reached 53,000. It attracted professionals from the hotel and catering industry for business negotiations, among whom 52% were decision-makers in their respective companies, setting a new record for exhibitor numbers. This exhibition is the largest and oldest hotel and catering exhibition in India.

Compared to previous sessions, the India New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food Exhibition AAHAR has adjusted its exhibition halls, but the zoning and on-site guidance are clearer, and there was a large flow of visitors at the exhibition site. Chinese exhibitors mainly showcased products such as western kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment, baking utensils, and kitchen cleaning tools. Notable exhibitors included Jieguan Western Kitchen, Chuangli Refrigeration, Ningbo Boli, Guangdong Longzihu, etc.
