The Japan International Food Expo (JFEX) is a professional trade fair focusing on all categories of food and beverages from around the world. As a trading platform for importing and purchasing Japanese food, the Japan Food Export Expo is co-hosted by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan as a supporting party, and the exhibition is strongly supported by the Japanese government.
