The previous edition of The Cake & Bake Show covered a total area of 25,000 square meters, featuring 480 exhibitors from China, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the USA, Australia, Spain, Russia, and other countries, attracting 23,497 visitors.

The newly revamped forum at The Cake & Bake Show fully reflects industry characteristics, providing attendees with comprehensive insights into key trends and best practices. Four live demonstration labs hosted over 100 sessions by pastry chefs and bakers, sharing their tips and techniques with visitors. Three major competitions dedicated to the baking and pastry world allowed attendees to discover new recipes and connect with both emerging talents and established professionals.
