The Shanghai International Exhibition on Plastics, Rubber and Related Industrial Products and Equipment (PRE)will feature 1,000 exhibiting companies from 52 countries and regions, occupying 70,000 square meters of exhibition space, and is expected to attract approximately 100,000 professional visitors from both domestic and international markets. This edition will foster integration across the entire industrial chain, bring together leading industry players, and support the growth of the plastics sector.

Rubber and plastic products refer collectively to various rubber goods manufactured using natural and synthetic rubbers, widely employed across industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, national defense, healthcare, and everyday life. With China’s economy maintaining steady and sustained growth, downstream sectors—including home appliances, automobiles, mobile phones, IT, and medical devices—have experienced rapid expansion, further boosting demand for plastics. At present, China stands at a pivotal juncture where industrial transformation intersects with a shift in the development model, marking a critical phase of deepening reform, restructuring, and upgrading.
