China Shanghai Textile Machinery ExpoCITME

The China Shanghai Textile Machinery Expo(ITMA ASIA+CITME) is formed by the combination of the "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition" and "ITMA ASIA". It is a joint action taken by the most important textile machinery industry associations in China, Europe, Japan, and other countries around the world to protect the interests of textile machinery manufacturers and customers in the textile industry worldwide, aiming to improve the quality of textile machinery exhibitions.

The China Textile Machinery Association, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers and its member associations, as well as the American Textile Machinery Association, the Japanese Textile Machinery Association, the Korean Textile Machinery Association, the Taiwan Machinery Industry Association, and other major global textile machinery associations have solemnly declared that the "Shanghai International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITMA ASIA+CITME)" is the only exhibition they fully support in China.

At this Shanghai textile machinery exhibition, professional visitors from 105 countries and regions around the world reached 100,000 in total attendance, setting new records for both quantity and quality. Among them, domestic audiences came from 31 provinces and municipalities, with increases exceeding 50% in Guangdong, Fujian, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hebei, Anhui, etc. Overseas audiences came from 104 countries and regions, accounting for more than 13% of the total audience. Indian audiences ranked first among overseas audience sources, and the number of professional audiences from Iran, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Turkey increased significantly. Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Thailand made their first group visits to the exhibition.

In this textile machinery exhibition, both the technical end and the demand side presented characteristics of "high speed, intelligence, and greenness". The iteration strength of knitting machinery was strengthened, continuously improving in terms of high efficiency, high capacity, and intelligence, such as the full-shape knitting technology becoming a trend in computerized flat knitting machines. Circular knitting machines, warp knitting machines, and weaving machines relied on digital and intelligent means to accelerate quality improvement and expand application scope. Weaving and preparation machinery innovated and upgraded in response to customers' needs for high-speed, high-efficiency, green, small-batch, and multi-variety production, with significant progress in stable high-speed operation, energy conservation, consumption reduction, product applicability, and flexible response capabilities in jet looms, sword looms, and opening devices.
