The Moscow Children’s and Youth Fashion Exhibition (Child & Junior Fashion, abbreviated as CJF) is the most renowned exhibition for children’s apparel and maternal‑and‑infant products in Russia and throughout Eastern Europe. It is co‑organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, and the Moscow City Government, with sponsorship from the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
