The Japan Tokyo Laboratory Analysis Instruments and Scientific Instruments Exhibition (JASIS) is co-hosted by the Japanese Analytical Instrument Industry Association (JAIMA) and the Japanese Scientific Instrument Association (JSIA). The JASIS exhibition was originally known as JAIMA and started in 1962. In 2012, the exhibition was first jointly held by JAMIMA and LSIA and renamed JASIS. Today, the Japanese JASIS is recognized alongside the US Pittcon, German Analytica, and Chinese BCEIA as one of the top four exhibitions in the analytical instrument industry. As one of the largest analysis and scientific instrument exhibitions in Asia, it has a significant impact.
