Guiyang BIG DATA EXPO - China International Big Data Industry Expo (BIG DATA EXPO) is the world's first national-level exhibition dedicated to big data. Jointly hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, it has successfully evolved into a premier international event brimming with cooperation opportunities and industry leadership. It serves as a world-class platform for strategizing development and sharing cutting-edge achievements. The expo is committed to tracking big data trends, addressing industry hotspots, pain points, and challenges, meticulously curating themes and topics for each edition, and comprehensively showcasing the rapid evolution of the global big data industry.

Guiyang BIG DATA EXPO (BIG DATA EXPO) will focus on emerging big data applications in the 5G era, delving into development trends of emerging big data industries such as artificial intelligence, industrial internet, and blockchain. The expo will place greater emphasis on innovation, integration, and openness, grounded in win-win cooperation. Centered on the latest technological innovations and achievements in big data, it will host high-level dialogues, a series of forums, competitions, exhibitions, and other diverse activities. It aims to build an international stage for high-tech enterprises to collaborate, communicate, promote, and showcase, unlocking boundless business opportunities and infinite possibilities for big data development.

The Digital Economy and Data Elements Exhibition is one of the core activities of the BIG DATA EXPO, featuring six themed pavilions with an exhibition area of approximately 60,000 square meters. Aligned with national priorities in data work, it includes six professional sectors: International Comprehensive, Frontier Technologies, Data Resources, "Data Elements", Data Security, and Infrastructure. It will centrally showcase new technologies, products, solutions, and application scenarios in the big data field. Additionally, the expo will host independent corporate release events, providing enterprises with a platform for brand promotion and exhibition.

Dialogues will focus on themes such as data governance and policies/regulations, data technology and industrial ecology, data resources and circulation/trading, data applications and innovation-driven development, data security and privacy protection, infrastructure and computing power scheduling, and data cooperation and international exchanges. Distinguished guests from government, business, academia, research, and media, both domestic and international, will be invited for insightful exchanges and interactions.

In terms of achievement releases, in addition to the conventional release of leading scientific and technological achievements and corporate-led releases of new big data products, technologies, projects, and scenarios from previous years, this year introduces policy document releases. In collaboration with relevant national ministries and commissions, it will authoritatively publish the latest industry standards, new policies, policy interpretations, and pilot demonstrations in the big data field.

All previous editions of the expo have received the care and guidance of national leaders. General Secretary Xi Jinping has sent congratulatory letters to the inaugural expo and the two most recent editions consecutively. Former Premier Li Keqiang, Former Vice Premier Ma Kai, and Former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Wang Chen attended and delivered speeches at the opening ceremonies of the first five editions.
