The Xinjiang Mining & Equipment Exhibition - Xinjiang Mining Expo (IMEXINJIANG) is jointly organized by the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance, Xinjiang Mining Federation, Geological Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Qinghai Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development. It serves as a vital platform for China's mining construction and international capacity cooperation.

The previous edition of the Xinjiang Mining & Equipment Exhibition - Xinjiang Mining Expo (IMEXINJIANG) covered a total exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, featuring 200 exhibitors and attracting 15,000 attendees. The exhibition scope includes corporate image displays for mining and energy enterprises, green mine construction and ecological restoration technologies, sand & gravel and tailings equipment, mine environmental protection and energy-saving equipment, mine planning, engineering design and construction, mine safety and protection, and more.

Each year, it attracts representatives from land and mining authorities across 25 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions (including Shandong, Jilin, Henan, Hunan, and Qinghai), as well as mining management departments and corporate delegates from Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

With the support and efforts of all parties, the Xinjiang Mining & Equipment Exhibition - Xinjiang Mining Expo (IMEXINJIANG) has developed into a flagship exhibition in China's mining sector under the BRI framework. It is also the only industry event in China's mining field certified by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).
