The India International Trade Fair (IITF) is one of the largest trade expos in Asia. Organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), it has traditionally been inaugurated by the President or Prime Minister of India. It is the preferred exhibition for corporate decision-makers, the press, industry professionals, and foreign business delegations, and is widely acclaimed as the "Canton Fair of India."

The Chinese government places great importance on the fair's positive role in promoting bilateral trade between China and India. During the annual IITF, leaders from the Chinese Embassy in India visit the venue to understand the participation status of Chinese enterprises. At this exhibition, the China Pavilion received special attention from local buyers. Many Indian visitors actively inquired about its location and headed straight there. 90% of exhibitors achieved their expected results and expressed high satisfaction with the event. Due to the large number of Indian buyers, exhibitors often had to manage queues for product inquiries. Many companies hired local assistants to help host clients, resulting in numerous on-site contract signings.

In recent years, the China Pavilion, as the largest international zone at the fair, has featured neatly arranged standard booths, innovative custom-built stands, and uniquely appealing high-end products.
