The Restaurant Canada Show (RC Show) is Canada's premier trade event for the hospitality and foodservice industry. RC Show brings decision-makers from across the sector under one roof to source the latest products and services, gather insights and inspiration, and expand their professional networks.

Featuring a continuous schedule of business-building activities, the show will host over 1,000 exhibitors and brands across nine themed zones and four specialty areas. It will feature seven stages with more than 150 speakers, three leadership conferences, and three networking events, attracting approximately 22,000 professional visitors.

In 2019, RC Show was officially certified by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) as an international trade exhibition.
