The Shanghai Asia International Building Industrialization Exhibition (BIC) is a premier building industrialization event rooted in East China and extending across Asia. It is co-organized by UN-Habitat, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the China Urban Planning Association, and the Architectural Society of China.As one of China’s most influential trade shows in the construction sector, BIC adheres to the principles of “international leadership, technological innovation, and community building.” Centered on building industrialization and interior fit-out industrialization, with smart manufacturing and digital construction as its thematic pillars, the exhibition deepens its industry focus, segments the market, and establishes a high‑end strategic platform that seamlessly integrates international resources with domestic technologies, engineering expertise, and trade opportunities—serving as a gateway for global players to gain insight into and enter the Chinese market.

At the previous edition, the Shanghai Asia International Building Industrialization Exhibition (BIC) spanned 78,000 square meters, hosted 574 exhibiting companies, and attracted 79,075 visitors.
