The 20th China International Residential Industry and Building Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (Abbreviated as: 2022 China Housing Fair) will be held grandly at the Beijing International Exhibition Center (New Venue) from June 22 to 24, 2022.

    The China Housing Fair is approved by the State Council, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and jointly hosted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Science and Technology Promotion Center (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Residential Industrialization Promotion Center), China Real Estate Association, and China Building Culture Center. It is co-hosted by more than ten science and technology industry associations in the national housing and urban-rural construction system. This exhibition is a 'Guidance and Support Exhibition' of the Ministry of Commerce and a 'Beijing Guiding and Supporting Brand Exhibition' of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

Prefabricated Concrete Structure - Prefabricated Concrete Structure

To showcase new technologies, products, and engineering examples of prefabricated concrete structures, and to publicize the latest achievements made in the development of prefabricated concrete structures in our country, a special exhibition area is set up, including: prefabricated concrete components and building decoration accessories; prefabricated structure connectors, embedded parts, and accessories; connection technology; sand, stone, water, cement, steel, admixtures; design, and other related supporting products, etc.

Steel Structure - Steel Structure

To actively promote steel structure buildings, this China Housing Fair sets up a steel structure display area, including: heavy steel structures, light steel structures, membrane structures, and various steel structure systems; steel structure construction and welding technology; steel structure fire protection, corrosion prevention, waterproofing materials and technology; steel, steel plates, steel pipes, and other types of building steel; steel structure design, and other related supporting products, etc.

Wood Structure - Wood Structure

To promote the development of wood structure and its supporting industries, this exhibition has a special exhibition area for wood structure, including: various environmentally friendly wooden buildings, bamboo structure buildings, wood structure materials, wood structure production and processing equipment, wood preservatives, wood plastic landscape materials, wood structure architectural design consultation, and related industry products, etc.

Prefabricated Building - Machinery and Equipment

Concentrated display of machinery and equipment required for prefabricated buildings to improve the mechanization level of prefabricated buildings. A special exhibition area is set up to display and promote precast component production equipment; prestressing tendon equipment; forming tools; prefabricated component support systems; construction templates, scaffolding, and installation systems; construction elevators, aerial work vehicles, modern transportation vehicles, and equipment, etc.

Prefabricated Building - Interior Industrialization

Assembly-style interior decoration can realize standardized and integrated decoration, improve decoration quality, reduce secondary pollution, and is an inevitable path for the development of the interior decoration industry. The assembly-style interior decoration special exhibition area includes: overall bathrooms, overall kitchens, overall storage cabinets, partition systems, raised floors, same-level drainage, home appliances, sanitary wares, supporting equipment, decorative materials and products, aging-friendly design, etc., related to assembly-style interior decoration integrated technologies and components.
