The COFREND Congress & Exhibition (Lyon, France) is one of Europe's largest international Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) events. Held every three years, it ranks among the world's premier international NDT events. It is organized by COFREND (French Confederation for Non-Destructive Testing), a federation of French NDT professionals, researchers, service providers, manufacturers, and educators.

This edition is expected to attract approximately 3,500 participants, including industry practitioners, equipment suppliers, research institutions, universities, laboratories, and service providers from sectors such as aerospace, automotive, nuclear, petrochemical, railway, and civil engineering. Experts will deliver over 160 scientific and technical presentations on topics including robotic NDT, digitalization, artificial intelligence, phased array imaging, material characterization, and corrosion monitoring.

The COFREND event also features a large exhibition area spanning approximately 6,000 square meters, hosting over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest NDT technologies, equipment, and solutions. This enables attendees to interact directly with suppliers and explore cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Networking events, such as gala dinners and optional industrial site visits, further enrich the professional experience.
