Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit. From Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport: The venue is approximately 53–55 kilometers away. Take Metro Line 8 to Qingdao North Station, transfer to Metro Line 3 to Licun Station, then switch to Metro Line 2 to Miaoling Road Station. Within the station, transfer to Line 11 and exit at Exit B of the Convention & Exhibition Center Station.

From Qingdao Railway Station: Approximately 17 kilometers from the exhibition venue. Enter through Exit B at Qingdao Railway Station, take Metro Line 1 to Taidong Station, transfer to Metro Line 2 to Miaoling Road Station, and then transfer again to Line 11 to reach the Convention & Exhibition Center, exiting via Exit B.
From Qingdao North Railway Station: Approximately 16 kilometers from the venue. Take Metro Line 3 to Lijun Station, transfer to Metro Line 2 to Miaoling Road Station, and then transfer to Line 11 to reach the Convention & Exhibition Center, exiting via Exit B.
From Qingdao West Railway Station: Relatively farther from the venue (61 kilometers). Enter through Exit C at Wangjiagang Station (requiring a prior shuttle bus connection), take Metro Line 1 to Taidong Station, transfer to Metro Line 2 to Miaoling Road Station, and then transfer to Line 11 to reach the Convention & Exhibition Center, exiting via Exit B.
