Alongside the Canton Fair and CIIE, the CHTF ranks among China's top three national-level exhibitions. Approved by the State Council and launched in 1999, the CHTF has become an integral part of China's strategy to build a leading technological nation. As a crucial window for international opening-up and a key platform for the exchange and trade of high-tech achievements in China, the CHTF is backed by the rapid development of China's technological innovation, particularly in Shenzhen—a thriving hub for sci-tech innovation that is accelerating its construction into a globally leading pioneer city in digital energy.
Official data shows that the previous edition of the CHTF achieved a cumulative negotiated transaction value of RMB 37.279 billion, attracting delegations from 105 countries and regions worldwide and over 4,000 exhibiting enterprises, setting a record for its largest scale to date. Over 60 multinational corporations, including Microsoft, IBM, Sony, Qualcomm, Samsung, HP, Siemens, Toshiba, Oracle, LG, Hitachi, and Panasonic, have participated multiple times. A large number of outstanding Chinese private enterprises, such as Tencent, Huawei, Kingdee, iFlytek, and Han's Laser, have expanded globally through this platform.
The Organizing Committee of the Shenzhen CHTF Financial Services & New Energy Vehicle Exhibition has been in discussions with numerous central and local state-owned enterprises and renowned companies, including China Energy Investment Corporation, State Power Investment Corporation, PowerChina, State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, China Huaneng, Dongfang Electric, Harbin Electric, FAW Group, GAC Group, SANY Group, Siemens, LONGi, Tesla, and Voyah Automobile, regarding their participation in the New Energy Industry Exhibition at the CHTF.
