The 2025 Spring Binhai Fishing Tackle Industry Expo was held from February 28 to March 3 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin). This edition of the show spanned 140,000 square meters, with over 2,000 exhibiting companies, and attracted nearly 50,000 visitors on its opening day.
The expo highlighted 12 major categories of fishing tackle, including groundbait, hooks and lines, fishing rods, floats, and outdoor gear, covering a wide range of angling techniques such as Taiwan-style fishing, lure fishing, stream fishing, small‑fish fishing, and European carp fishing. The Fishery Culture Zone in Hall S16 emerged as a standout feature, offering visitors hands‑on experiences with traditional fish‑print art, leather carving, and fly‑tying. Organizers also staged new‑product launches, angler signing ceremonies, and master‑class sharing sessions, while interactive zones like the “Small‑Fish Fishing Experience Pool” and the “Lure Fishing Competition Pool” drew large crowds.
This year’s event welcomed leading domestic brands such as Guangwei, Longwanghen, and Baofeilong, alongside international names like Daiwa, Pêche, and Abu Garcia.
