The Exhibition Value of the China Campus Logistics Expo (CCLE)

  • China’s largest and most authoritative professional expo in the campus logistics sector: Co-organized by the China Campus Logistics Association and Lingshuo Exhibition Group, the China Campus Logistics Expo (CCLE) has been successfully held for ten editions since its inception in 2018. The event focuses on the entire “big logistics” value chain in schools, evolving from a mere exhibition to a platform and ultimately an ecosystem. It has established an integrated ecosystem covering the full lifecycle of educational institutions—planning, design, construction, management, and services—and is widely recognized within the industry as a leading indicator of modernization in campus logistics and a central hub for connecting campus service providers.
  • A one-stop showcase spanning the entire industry value chain: The expo encompasses 12 core sectors—including campus catering, energy management, logistics IT, campus security, property management, student housing, eco-friendly furniture, campus commerce, franchise brands, campus cultural and creative products, infrastructure and renovation, and primary and secondary school logistics—along with numerous sub‑segments. From smart canteen equipment to intelligent energy control systems, from AI‑based security solutions to property services, and from group‑meal supply chains to campus commercial spaces, exhibitors can engage in comprehensive interactions—from product demonstrations and brand exposure to business negotiations.
  • Precise access to key decision‑makers and procurement professionals in campus logistics: The expo attracts a professional audience that includes administrative leaders from schools at all levels nationwide, heads of logistics, general affairs, infrastructure, and asset management departments, as well as representatives from system integrators, engineering service providers, and channel distributors—covering the entire industry value chain. In previous editions, logistics departments accounted for 38.58% of attendees, integrators and distributors for 35.62%, and education authorities for 11.57%. Exhibitors gain direct access to procurement decision‑makers from thousands of institutions, enabling efficient business engagement and market expansion.
  • Unique strategic value for enterprises: a catalyst for entering the campus services market: With a vast market size and growing demand for smart campus development, catering upgrades, and energy management reforms, CCLE serves as a pivotal platform for companies seeking to tap into the campus services sector, connect with institutional procurement channels, and enhance their brand visibility. Through its “3+365” long‑term service model—three days of intensive on‑site interaction followed by year‑round platform support—the expo has facilitated tens of thousands of successful supply‑demand matches, supporting the modernization of logistics systems across thousands of schools.
  • A cutting‑edge venue for technological innovation and industry trends: At the expo, AI‑powered facilities, digital technologies, green equipment, smart canteen solutions, intelligent energy control systems, and campus safety and emergency response measures are among the hottest topics. A dedicated “Campus AI Application Experience Hall” showcases immersive zones featuring service robots, AI‑based security systems, smart energy management, and automated cleaning services. Concurrently, more than 30 high‑value conferences are held, including the “AI‑Empowered Campus Logistics Summit” and the “Digital Group Meal Innovation Conference,” bringing together industry experts to explore pathways for digital transformation.
  • In-depth connections through high‑level forums and industry resources: Alongside the main expo, a series of events take place, including the China Campus Logistics Expo Forum, the Franchise Brands (Campus) Ecosystem Development Conference, and various supply‑demand matchmaking sessions. Leaders from relevant departments of the Ministry of Education, university administrators, and industry experts are invited to provide insights into the latest educational policies and industry trends. Leveraging the SchooLink school‑construction network platform, these matchmaking sessions have achieved an impressive preliminary cooperation intent rate of up to 85%.

The 10th China Campus Logistics Exhibition (CCLE) in 2025 was successfully held at Area D of the Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex. Co-hosted by the China Campus Logistics Association and Lingshuo Exhibition Group, the event was themed “Ten Editions of Glory—Intelligent Innovation for a New Journey,” marking the most significant annual industry gathering in China’s campus logistics sector.

Exhibition Space and Exhibitor Scale Remain Strong. This edition featured an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, bringing together over 200 exhibiting companies that showcased thousands of innovative products, services, and solutions. The event also included nearly 20 specialized forums and conferences, comprehensively highlighting the deep integration of cutting-edge technologies—such as digital intelligence, green equipment, and artificial intelligence—with the entire value chain of large-scale logistics services. The exhibition attracted tens of thousands of professional visitors nationwide, including senior administrators and logistics managers from thousands of educational institutions, as well as representatives from system integrators, engineering service providers, channel distributors, and other stakeholders across the industry ecosystem.

In the realm of low‑carbon, energy‑efficient campus safety, companies including Haier, Chint, Mingneng, Changdian Shares, Deshineng, Fangtong, Zhongwangchong, Shan Kai, Shenzhen Changgong, Beidian Instruments, and Zhongdian Power exhibited heat pumps, air conditioners, water and electricity meters, charging stations, and related products. Diverse Themed Zones Showcase Highlights. This year’s exhibition featured a specially curated “Ten Editions of Glory—Intelligent Innovation for a New Journey” thematic zone, employing a diversified presentation format combining booth displays with case studies to multi-dimensionally illustrate industry trends and breakthroughs. The zone not only systematically reviewed the nine previous editions of the Campus Logistics Exhibition, highlighting the fruitful applications of technology in enhancing campus life, but also looked ahead to envision new possibilities arising from the convergence of technology and campus logistics under the wave of new‑type productive forces. Additionally, the event introduced several distinctive sections, including a campus commercial space and chain brand zone, a group meal special zone, a furniture zone, a property cleaning zone, and a cultural‑creative market.

Rich and Varied Concurrent Forum Activities. Nearly 20 specialized conferences were held during the exhibition, serving as a central platform for intellectual exchange. On the opening day, the “Digital Intelligence Empowering High‑Quality Development of Campus Logistics Forum,” as the main forum, focused on the surge of AI-driven innovation, bringing together experts, industry leaders, and institutional representatives to explore new pathways for advancing campus logistics in the AI era.

The “AI‑Empowered Campus Logistics—6th Campus Service Provider Conference” invited distinguished scholars from Shenzhen Polytechnic, South China Normal University, and Concord Education Group, alongside industry leaders such as Meituan, Huawei, Chint, Hikvision, Zhuoyi, and Debao, to jointly examine innovative approaches to leveraging AI in campus logistics.

The “3rd Digital Intelligence Group Meal Innovation Conference” centered around three core themes—“Breaking Barriers, Reconstructing Systems, Leading with Intelligence”—and adopted a format of six keynote speeches plus three high‑level dialogues, providing attendees with a clear roadmap from macro‑strategic planning to practical scenario‑specific solutions. Co‑initiated by national industry associations, local group meal organizations, and leading enterprises across the supply chain, the conference aimed to drive the transformation and high‑quality development of the group meal industry.

The supply‑demand matchmaking sessions were bustling with activity, drawing together schools, education groups, system integrators, engineering firms, operators, and other stakeholders spanning the entire upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the industry. Leveraging extensive pre‑event demand surveys, both sides achieved precise, efficient connections on site, resulting in more than 300 high‑quality business talks and injecting fresh momentum into the optimal allocation of industry resources.

Strong Response from Exhibitors and the Industry. Exhibiting companies generally reported that the quality of professional buyers attending the show was exceptionally high, with clear purchasing intentions. Attendees agreed that CCLE, as the most influential specialized exhibition in China’s campus logistics sector, has become a strategic platform for companies to showcase cutting‑edge technologies, connect with customers, gain insights into emerging trends, and expand their presence in the campus market.
