Exhibition Review
From May 15 to 19, 2025, the 11th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition (China Print 2025) was successfully held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) and the Capital International Convention & Exhibition Center. With the theme “Joining Hands for Forty Years, Forging a Bright Future,” the event boasted a record-breaking total exhibition area of 180,000 square meters, bringing together 1,335 exhibiting companies from 25 countries and regions worldwide. The show comprehensively showcased the latest concepts, cutting-edge technologies, and state-of-the-art printing equipment and supplies.
Unprecedented Scale and Attendance. Over the five-day period, the exhibition welcomed 221,530 professional visitors from 105 countries and regions—up 62% compared with the previous edition. Among them, 38,125 were international visitors hailing from 146 countries and territories, accounting for nearly 20% of the total. A total of 140 domestic provincial and municipal printing and packaging associations organized visiting delegations, while more than 60 overseas groups traveled across continents specifically to attend, engage in procurement, and conduct business negotiations.
An Unparalleled Exhibitor Lineup: Global Giants and National Brands Compete Side by Side. Industry leaders such as Heidelberg, HP, Koenig & Bauer, Komori, Ryobi Shinryoku, Manroland, Beiren Intelligent, Founder Yijie, Tianjin Changrong, Jingmi Da, Shengde Technology, and Shengtu Intelligent all made their presence felt. Israel’s Landa Digital Printing staged its first independent Asian showcase, while Manroland returned to the Beijing International Printing Exhibition after many years. As a user company, Shengda Printing participated for the first time, quickly becoming a popular photo‑op spot. The exhibit featured over one hundred groundbreaking innovations making their global debut, Asian premiere, or Chinese first appearance, including high‑speed offset presses, digital printers, and intelligent post‑press equipment.
A Vibrant Innovation Zone and Rich Concurrent Events. The Green Innovation Theme Park (SIP) reappeared, featuring dedicated zones showcasing AI‑powered printing and packaging, digital automation, sustainable development, industry‑academia‑research integration, and cultural‑creative applications. Cutting‑edge technological achievements—including robotics‑enabled printing and packaging, smart factories, and innovative materials—drew crowds eager to explore. During the exhibition, 27 high‑quality industry forums and technical seminars were held, including the 2025 International Printing Industry Development Forum, the “Robotics + Printing” Industry Development Conference, and the Beijing–ASEAN Printing and Packaging Technology Innovation Forum. In addition, exhibitors hosted nearly 50 new‑product launch events.
Abundant Business Outcomes and Enthusiastic Industry Response. On‑site transactions were robust, with preliminary deal values far surpassing last year’s RMB 8 billion mark. Many exhibitors reported that their projected transaction volumes had at least doubled, with some even claiming to have sold out completely. At Heidelberg’s booth, a 13‑color offset press listed at over RMB 28 million was snapped up on the spot by a customer from Shandong. Hoda Intelligent secured cooperation agreements with clients from Germany, Russia, France, Italy, India, and other markets, while Beiren Intelligent hosted more than 150 international buyers from over ten countries. Zhejiang Zhongke Jingong spent an entire year preparing for the show, developing six new products and reaping substantial rewards. Even at the very last moment before closing, domestic exhibitors finalized contracts with Indian partners. The successful staging of this edition fully surpassed previous milestones, cementing the event as the largest and most influential printing industry gathering globally in 2025.
