Reasons to Exhibit at the China Hardware Expo
The world’s premier hardware trade show: Since its inception in 1952, after more than seven decades of development, it has grown into one of the largest and most influential specialized hardware exhibitions globally. Accredited by UFI, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, it ranks among the top-tier international trade shows, serving as a key symbol of global exhibition quality and competitiveness.
One-stop coverage of the entire industry chain: The exhibit range spans ten major categories—power tools, hand tools, abrasives and grinding tools, pneumatic tools, welding equipment, electromechanical products, hardware items, machinery, lifting and rigging gear, and personal protective equipment—encompassing tens of thousands of individual hardware products. Over 3,100 renowned domestic and international companies participate, including well-known brands such as Makita, HiKOKI, Great Wall Precision, Juxing, and Dongcheng.
A hub for global buyers: The event attracts overseas purchasers and regional agents from more than 70 countries and regions. At the 2025 edition, 77,016 professional buyers attended from 123 countries, including 5,945 international visitors. Through partnerships with trade promotion agencies along the Belt and Road and neighboring Asian nations, a robust global trading platform has been established.
Integrated online–offline services for long-term engagement: All participating companies can register free of charge on the official online platform of the expo, gaining access to a year-long virtual showroom that enables them to benefit throughout the year after their physical presence. Pioneering integration of live-streaming ecosystems into every stage of the event—from pre-show marketing and lead generation, to virtual tours during the exhibition, to post-event brand asset accumulation—breaks the traditional three-day time constraint of conventional trade shows.
Deep industry-chain integration: Concurrently, multiple high-level forums, technical seminars, and product launch events are held, focusing on pressing topics such as “Digital Transformation Pathways for the Hardware Industry,” “Green Manufacturing and Sustainable Development,” and “Global Expansion Strategies for Hardware Enterprises.” The “SaiSi Innovation Excellence Recommendation Program” highlights innovative products with significant market potential, setting benchmarks for industry advancement.
Coordinated efforts between domestic and international markets: Actively implementing the new “Dual Circulation” development strategy, the expo fosters seamless integration between domestic and international trade, achieving precise supply–demand matching on a global scale. Overseas exhibitors represent 16 countries and regions, including Germany, France, Italy, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, and India. Industrial clusters such as Lin’an, Jiande, Pujiang, and Anping continue to showcase collective strengths, underscoring synergistic advantages.
