In Finland, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Finnish Sports Federation, and several national sports associations jointly conduct a large-scale "National Survey on Physical Activity among Finnish Adults" every four years. The survey aims to understand Finns' leisure-time sports participation, as well as the demand for and implementation of sports services. Based on the feedback, measures are adjusted to promote public sports activities and enhance national physical fitness.
