Profile
The Guangzhou International Robot Exhibition (IRE) 2025 will be held in Guangzhou, China, and, in collaboration with the Guangdong Robotics Association—a 5A‑level national association—will deliver an international exhibition and conference that combines professional expertise with global reach, tirelessly advancing the robotics industry.
Guangdong has unveiled 12 robust policies to drive development. As the only region in the world that simultaneously brings together mechatronics and artificial intelligence technologies, the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area has established a comprehensive ecosystem spanning from components and subsystems to complete systems and end‑use applications, thereby fostering a world‑class robotics industry cluster.
With the integrated application of cutting‑edge technologies such as 5G and AI, Guangdong’s robotics sector is accelerating toward greater intelligence and efficiency, poised to become a pivotal global hub for the robotics industry. As the “Robotics” strategy gains momentum, robotic technologies are being widely deployed across diverse scenarios, effectively spurring industrial upgrading and nurturing new forms of productive forces.
Leading brands have made a grand appearance, including Guangzhou Ligong, Unitree Robotics, Cloudthink Technology, Boge Automation, Gobo Robotics, Guangzhou CNC, Guirong Permanent Magnet, Fuwei Intelligence, Anchi Mechatronics, Yiyou Robotics, Meanwell, Shilong, Lida Robotics, Hikrobot, Ant Robotics, Oukai Robotics, Limi Robotics, as well as companies and industry associations from India, Nepal, Cambodia, Spain, Israel, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Russia, and other countries. These exhibitors showcased their latest global products and groundbreaking innovations, creating a star‑studded atmosphere; over 95% of participating companies reported high satisfaction with the exhibition’s outcomes.
The Guangzhou International Robot Exhibition (IRE) will serve as a key platform and showcase, bringing together cutting‑edge technological achievements from across the global robotics value chain.

The Exhibition Value of the Guangzhou International Smart Robot Expo
- The Largest Specialized Event for the Entire Intelligent Robotics Industry Chain in South China. Co-organized by Hannover Milano Fairs and the Guangdong Robotics Association, the expo is anchored in Guangzhou—the core engine city of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area—and extends its reach to Southeast Asia and global markets. Guangzhou has established a complete robotics industry ecosystem spanning upstream core components, midstream system integration, and downstream application development, while also introducing policies and measures to foster the growth of the embodied intelligent robotics sector. As a platform for showcasing industry achievements and facilitating technological exchange, the IRE Expo aligns closely with Guangzhou’s vision to become a national hub for innovation in intelligent equipment and a premier center for high-end manufacturing.
- Comprehensive Coverage Across Six Major Industry Sectors, Presenting Innovative Solutions in One Stop. Exhibits encompass humanoid robots (for education, entertainment, service, and industrial applications), service robots (for cleaning, commercial use, home care, rehabilitation, and elderly care), specialized robots (underwater, firefighting, inspection, agricultural, and rescue operations), industrial robots (handling, palletizing, welding, painting, and collaborative tasks), AGV/AMR mobile robots, as well as core robotic components—including controllers, reducers, servo motors, sensors, joint modules, mobile platforms, power systems, machine vision, and algorithmic software. From core components to full-system integration, and from industrial manufacturing to commercial services, upstream and downstream enterprises engage in efficient matchmaking, precisely addressing procurement needs across sectors such as automotive, 3C electronics, new energy, pharmaceuticals, home appliances, and food & beverage.
- “Robot Starlight Avenue Show” Creates an Immersive Hub for Technological Experience. The expo features dedicated dynamic demonstration and interactive zones, bringing together cutting-edge products such as humanoid robots, service robots, specialized robots, and robotic dogs for live, on-site performances that bring technology off the exhibition stand and into real-world motion. Through innovative scenarios like robot fashion shows and human–robot collaboration, attendees can immerse themselves in the technological allure and practical potential of intelligent robots, providing exhibitors with a unique stage to showcase product performance and gather immediate market feedback.
- Global Resource Networking and Two-Way International Collaboration Empower Participants. Leveraging the Guangdong Robotics Association’s international network, the expo invites robot association presidents from over 30 countries—including South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Spain, Israel, Russia, and others—to lead delegations. Concurrent events such as the “Global International Robot Association Presidents Forum” and the “Pazhou International Robot Forum” serve as effective bridges, helping domestic companies connect with international technological resources and expand into overseas markets. Specialized procurement matchmaking sessions held in Vietnam, Malaysia, and other regions further facilitate precise supplier–buyer alignment and sustain the momentum of international cooperation.
- More Than 25 High-Profile Forums Provide Authoritative Insights into Cutting-Edge Industry Trends. During the expo, nearly 25 high-level forums are convened, bringing together seasoned industry experts and representatives from leading enterprises to address pressing topics such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, breakthroughs in robotics technology and their transformation into new forms of productivity, intelligent cold-chain logistics, innovative practices in pharmaceutical logistics, and green, low-carbon manufacturing. Through keynote speeches, case study presentations, and high-level dialogues, these forums offer in-depth analysis of industry challenges and emerging trends, providing a premium platform for strategic decision-making and technical exchanges.
