The 2025 Shandong Jinan Quanli Heavy Truck Parts Exhibition was successfully held in May at the Jinan Quanli Heavy Truck Parts City. Co-hosted by Jinan Quanli Heavy Truck Parts City and the Shandong Provincial Auto Parts Chamber of Commerce, the event was themed “Connecting Globally, Smartly Equipping the Future” and stood as the most significant annual trade fair in China’s heavy truck parts industry. With an exhibition area spanning 30,000 square meters, the show brought together over 800 exhibiting companies, occupying multiple indoor and outdoor zones within the Quanli Heavy Truck Parts City. The exhibitor lineup featured leading domestic heavy truck parts manufacturers such as Weichai Power, Yuchai Machinery, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, FAW Jiefang, Ruili Group, and Wan’an Technology, alongside hundreds of local merchants from Quanli Heavy Truck Parts City. Overseas buyers from more than 30 countries and regions—including Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Africa, and the Middle East—attended to source products, and the three-day event welcomed over 30,000 professional visitors.

The engine‑parts section emerged as the highlight of this year’s show. Weichai Power showcased its “WP Series” heavy‑duty engine components and “Remanufactured Engines,” covering the full range of parts, including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, pistons, and fuel injectors. Yuchai Machinery presented its “YC6 Series” and “YC4 Series” engine components, widely used in heavy trucks, buses, and construction machinery. China National Heavy Duty Truck Group exhibited its “MC Series” engine parts, a product developed through collaboration between CNHTC and Germany’s MAN. Several companies noted that, with the full implementation of China VI emission standards, demand for aftertreatment systems and high‑pressure common‑rail system components continues to grow.

The chassis and drivetrain‑parts section also drew strong interest. China National Heavy Duty Truck Group displayed its “HOWO Series” chassis components and the “Hanruisen Suspension System.” FAW Jiefang showcased its “J6 Series” and “JH6 Series” chassis parts. Fast Gear highlighted its “Dual Intermediate Shaft Transmission” component line, which holds a leading market share in China’s heavy‑truck transmission segment. Many exhibitors reported that heavy‑truck operators are placing increasingly stringent demands on the quality and durability of chassis components, driving continued expansion of the branded‑parts market.

Braking‑system components attracted considerable attention. Ruili Group exhibited its “Air Brake Systems” and “ABS Systems,” covering brake valves, brake chambers, adjusting arms, and air brakes. Wan’an Technology presented its “Disc Brake” and “Drum Brake” component lines. Shandong Jin Qilin unveiled its “Brake Pads” and “Brake Shoes,” a leading domestic player in the field of friction materials. Several buyers emphasized that braking‑system components directly impact vehicle safety, making quality the top priority.

The overseas buyer‑matching session yielded substantial results. Held on the second day of the exhibition, the session invited over 100 overseas buyers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions to engage in one‑on‑one discussions with exhibiting companies. Procurement needs spanned engine parts, chassis components, braking‑system parts, tires, wheels, and more. Preliminary estimates indicate that the total value of intended purchases reached over US$200 million. A buyer from Russia remarked, “The Quanli Heavy Truck Parts Exhibition is China’s premier sourcing platform for heavy‑truck parts—offering excellent product quality, comprehensive categories, and competitive pricing.”

The Heavy Truck Parts Industry Development Forum gathered industry insights. With the theme “New Cycle, New Opportunities,” the forum featured keynote speeches by the President of the Aftermarket Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the President of the Shandong Provincial Auto Parts Chamber of Commerce, the Head of Weichai Power’s Aftermarket Division, and the Head of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s Parts Department, among others. Discussions delved into topics such as “Opportunities and Challenges for Heavy Truck Parts in the China VI Era,” “The Impact of New‑Energy Heavy Trucks on the Parts Industry,” and “Current Status and Trends in Heavy Truck Parts Exports.” Experts underscored that with China’s heavy‑truck fleet exceeding 8 million vehicles and the aftermarket market size surpassing RMB 500 billion, the prospects for the parts industry remain exceptionally promising.

Attendees agreed that, driven by the steady growth of China’s heavy‑truck fleet and the full implementation of China VI standards, the heavy‑truck parts market is evolving toward greater quality, brand‑building, and internationalization. As the largest specialized exhibition in China’s heavy‑truck parts sector, the Quanli Heavy Truck Parts Exhibition has become a strategic platform for companies to showcase their offerings, connect with customers, gain market insights, and expand their reach.
