Exhibition Introduction

The Beijing Motorcycle Show – Beijing Moto Expo (MOTOR CHINA), organized by industry associations, aims to fill the void of high-end motorcycle exhibitions in Beijing. The event has attracted numerous renowned domestic and international manufacturers of motorcycles, components, accessories, and customization products, with an anticipated attendance exceeding 100,000 visitors. Featuring eight major exhibition zones, the show comprehensively highlights the progress of China’s motorcycle industry w

The Value of Participating in the Beijing Motorcycle Expo

  • The Beijing Motorcycle Exhibition (MOTOR CHINA) is the largest and most influential specialized motorcycle show in Northern China, co‑hosted by the China Motorcycle Association and the China International Exhibition Center Group. In 2025, the event attracted nearly 150 participating enterprises and over 200 brands, showcasing more than 830 complete motorcycles, serving as a core platform for advancing Chinese motorcycle culture and driving industrial upgrading. Leveraging Beijing’s unique status as the nation’s political and cultural capital and an international metropolis, the exhibition offers irreplaceable platform value, becoming a strategic gateway for international brands seeking to enter the Chinese market and for domestic manufacturers aiming to expand globally.
  • The core value of participation lies in its precise connection to the high‑end consumer market of Northern China. Beijing is not only the primary stronghold for medium‑ and large‑displacement recreational motorcycles nationwide but also the city with the highest sales volume of mid‑to‑high‑end models, gathering the country’s most discerning premium users and seasoned motorcycle enthusiasts. With outreach extending across the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, Northeast China, Northwest China, and ten other northern provinces, the exhibition provides exhibitors with exceptional opportunities to connect with procurement channels, high‑net‑worth end consumers, and research‑collaboration partners.
  • The exhibition establishes a one‑stop commercial platform covering the entire motorcycle industry chain. With eight major sections—including complete motorcycles, electric motorcycles, components, riding gear, customization, and cultural displays—the show comprehensively covers the full ecosystem of motorcycle manufacturing, services, culture, and technology. At the 2025 edition, international brands such as BMW, Honda, Yamaha, Ducati, and Kawasaki competed alongside domestic leaders like Qianjiang, Zongshen, Chunfeng, and Benda, collectively presenting the latest achievements of the global motorcycle industry.
  • The exhibition keeps pace with industry trends toward electrification, intelligence, and connectivity, creating a premier showcase for innovative products and cutting‑edge technologies. At the 2025 show, nearly 20 global or Asian debut launches were held, with over 40 new models making their first appearance, spanning luxury cruisers, sport‑style replicas, electric motorcycles, retro bikes, and other categories. RA unveiled the world’s first electric motorcycle equipped with a floating‑screen instrument cluster, BMW introduced its new F900GS series featuring a 5G‑enabled in‑vehicle system, and Benda showcased its pioneering V‑cylinder electronic clutch technology, making the domestically produced model with an electronic clutch a focal point of the exhibition.
  • Drawing on Beijing’s unique advantages as a policy‑making window and a center for cultural exchange, the exhibition fosters deep integration among industry, academia, research, and application. During the 2025 event, Professor Li Daokui of Tsinghua University advocated abolishing the mandatory 13‑year scrapping policy for motorcycles and relaxing restrictions on certain models. The “Our Motorcycle Life” zone, by displaying vehicles over ten years old, sparked industry‑wide discussions, while the “Motorcycle Art Customization Space” used immersive experiences to highlight the multifaceted charm of rider culture. Safe‑driving training reached over 5,000 riders, and the Shunyi Traffic Police Brigade issued a public declaration promoting safe motorcycle riding, contributing to policy optimization and improvements in riding environments.
  • For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition serves as a strategic gateway for expanding into international markets and connecting with global resources. In January–February 2025, China’s motorcycle exports increased by 32.95% year over year, with export value surpassing US$1.671 billion. Leveraging the capital’s international influence, the exhibition attracted representatives from embassies and foreign businesses, providing domestic firms with a high‑end platform to access international resources and explore overseas markets. At the 2025 show, Chinese brand Qianjiang debuted 12 new models globally, including the SE800RS, which incorporates WSBK racing technology, demonstrating the robust transition of Chinese motorcycles from “scale expansion” to “quality leap.”
