It is an international event covering shipping, shipbuilding, ports, and offshore energy, and also serves as Russia’s premier maritime forum. Its aim is to foster the development of Russia’s commercial maritime sector and provide a platform for senior executives from the shipping and offshore energy industries to convene under one roof in St. Petersburg, Russia’s “maritime capital.”
