Qingdao International Sewing Equipment Exhibition

The 26th Qingdao International Sewing Equipment Exhibition 2025 was successfully held from June 26 to 28, 2025, at the Qingdao International Convention & Exhibition Center (Hongdao Hall). Co-organized by Hai Ming International Exhibition Group, the Shandong Provincial Textile and Apparel Industry Association, and the Qingdao Municipal Textile and Apparel Industry Association, this edition of the show was themed “Intelligence and Intelligent Manufacturing,” making it the most influential annual event for the sewing equipment sector in Northern China.

This year’s exhibition featured a rich array of highlights, with exhibits covering the full spectrum of the sewing equipment industry. The exhibition areas were thoughtfully designed, including the Pre‑Sewing Equipment Zone (featuring CAD/CAM design systems, 3D body measurement devices, and intelligent pre‑shrinkage inspection equipment), the Complete Machine Zone (boasting fully automated sewing units, laser cutting machines, specialized sewing machines for leather goods and luggage, embroidery equipment, down‑filling machines, and template‑making machines), as well as the Post‑Sewing and Supporting Services Zone (including smart hanging systems, automated warehousing solutions, and eco‑friendly garment‑oil products). Industry leaders such as Zhongjie and Tuokabenma unveiled their latest product launches on site, drawing significant attention.

Specialized zones and concurrent events proved to be major attractions. During the exhibition, more than 30 professional forums and industry summits were held, addressing core industry needs and topical issues. Over 80 distinguished experts, marketing luminaries, and senior executives from leading companies shared their insights. A strong contingent of professional visitors underscored the high quality of buyer resources. The exhibition organized intensive group visits, reaching industrial clusters across Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shenyang, Jilin, and Heilongjiang. Group sizes increased by 40% compared to 2024. Key purchasers from apparel brands, home‑textile enterprises, luggage and footwear manufacturers, and trading companies gathered on site, including representatives from renowned names such as Shulang, Hao’er, Benyifan, Lilang, Jiǔmùwáng, Peiluocheng, Xinu’er, Handuyi She, Ailaiyi, Qipai, Qipilang, Furi Group, Northern Home Textiles, and YinFeng Home Textiles. The organizing committee conducted in-depth surveys across provinces and municipalities to assess industry procurement needs, engaging in one‑on‑one outreach with leading local enterprises to ensure optimal matching and higher conversion rates between buyers and sellers.

Outstanding results and enthusiastic industry response. This year’s exhibition continued to address early‑year procurement demands, with on‑site order signings once again setting new records. Textile and apparel processing plants confirmed their purchasing intentions on site, while exhibitors generally reported outcomes far exceeding those of previous years.
