Profile
As part of European Materials Week, Silicone Expo Europe is the sole event devoted to celebrating and advancing this remarkable material. Here, leading minds, top brands, and groundbreaking innovations converge to explore new possibilities, cutting-edge applications, and the future of silicone technology. Whether you’re here to discover, collaborate, or showcase your latest solutions, this is an essential gathering for those shaping the future of silicone.
Serving as a central hub for the silicone industry and its extensive supply chain, the exhibition offers unique opportunities and a global perspective for connection, networking, and forging new business prospects. Manufacturers, distributors, buyers, and industry experts come together to present the latest technological advances and solutions, while establishing cross-border partnerships. Silicone Expo Europe was officially introduced to China in 2024.
As Europe’s only industry-specific event focused exclusively on silicone materials, this year’s edition brought together 8,500 industry professionals and over 250 leading exhibitors from around the world, jointly exploring the latest breakthroughs and future applications of silicone technology.
JuZhan has repeatedly organized participation by select high-quality enterprises! For Chinese companies, Silicone Expo Europe presents an excellent opportunity to enter the European market, providing a broad platform for engaging with European clients.
Silicone Expo Europe in the Netherlands tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. The Value of Participating in the Dutch Silicone Expo Europe
- The Silicone Expo Europe is the only specialized trade fair in Europe dedicated exclusively to organic silicon materials. As a core component of Materials Week Europe, it has evolved into a strategic platform that connects global resources across the organic silicon value chain, showcases cutting-edge technological achievements, and sets the tone for industry development trends Organized annually by UK-based Select Global Exhibitions at the RAI Amsterdam International Convention and Exhibition Centre, it stands as Europe’s sole professional trade show focused on silicon materials.
- The core value of participation lies in its precise alignment with the high-end European organic silicon market, combined with the synergistic effects of multi-exhibition collaboration within “Materials Week Europe”. In 2026, the event was upgraded for the first time to “Materials Week Europe,” co-hosted alongside five other specialized exhibitions—the Gasket & Seal Show, Speciality Polymers World, The Magnetics Show, and others—held simultaneously at the same venue. This innovative format attracts a broader audience, creating a strategic gateway for exhibitors to engage directly with procurement decision-makers across industries such as automotive, healthcare, electronics, and aerospace.
- The exhibition provides a one-stop commercial platform covering the entire organic silicon value chain. Exhibits span all categories, including organic silicon raw materials (resins, fluids, silicone rubber, silane coupling agents), silicone gels and related products (conductive gels, medical-grade gels, liquid gels), silicon-based products (semiconductor materials, solar photovoltaic cells), as well as manufacturing, processing, and testing equipment. Participating companies represent every link in the global organic silicon supply chain—from manufacturers and distributors to buyers and industry experts—making it the only specialized trade platform exclusively devoted to silicon materials.
- The exhibition keeps pace with three major industry trends—high-performance materials, green manufacturing, and cross-industry applications—building a hub for deep integration among academia, industry, research, and end-users. Concurrent high-level technical conferences feature industry experts sharing cutting-edge technologies, innovative R&D breakthroughs, and emerging industry trends. Exhibits find applications across diverse sectors, including automotive, healthcare, electronics, construction, and aerospace. Silicone materials, prized for their superior flexibility, weather resistance, and biocompatibility, continue to enjoy strong demand in high-end fields such as medical devices, automotive seals, electronic components, and aerospace sealing elements.
- For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition serves as a strategic gateway to expand into the European market, connect with international resources, and showcase innovative strengths. Amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions driving up energy and raw material costs in Europe, local businesses face mounting cost pressures and are actively seeking cost-effective alternatives, creating favorable conditions for Chinese firms to enter the European market. At the 2025 edition, numerous Chinese silicone companies—including Jiangxi Better New Materials—made a strong showing, presenting a full lineup of dimethyl silicone oils, vinyl silicone oils, hydrogen-containing silicone oils, and 107 silicone rubbers, drawing significant attention from international buyers and fully demonstrating the global competitiveness and innovative vitality of China’s silicone industry.

Review
From February 24 to 26, 2026, the Silicone Expo Europe was successfully held at the RAI Amsterdam International Convention and Exhibition Centre in the Netherlands. This edition marked the first upgrade of the event to “Materials Week Europe,” co-located with the European Gasket & Seal Show, the Speciality Polymers World, the The Magnetics Show, and the High-Entropy Alloys Show, together forming Europe’s largest specialized materials industry gathering.
In terms of scale, this year’s exhibition brought together over 250 exhibitors from around the globe, attracting more than 8,500 professional visitors and covering the entire organic silicon value chain. Exhibitors included international giants such as WACKER, Dow, Elkem Silicones, Shin-Etsu Chemical, as well as numerous leading Chinese companies, including Xin’an Group, Hoshine Silicon Industry, Zheng’an Organic Silicon, Yuneng Silicon Materials, and Jiujiang Deep Sea Technology. As a perennial exhibitor and industry leader, Wynca Group showcased end-to-end solutions spanning crop protection, silicon-based new materials, and next-generation energy materials.
This year’s show featured numerous highlights, with China emerging as a central focus of attention. Zheng’an Organic Silicon presented cutting-edge silicone products and innovative solutions, engaging in dialogue with global industry leaders. Its booth not only demonstrated the company’s deep technical expertise but also adopted an open stance, integrating into the global innovation ecosystem and conveying the robust momentum of “Made in China” in the specialty materials sector. Yuneng Silicon Materials made its international debut through a joint exhibit, highlighting core offerings such as linear silicones, low-ring vinyl silicone oils, low-ring dimethyl silicone oils, low-volatility 107 adhesives, and high-purity D3/D4/D5/D6 grades—products characterized by low ring content, minimal volatility, and exceptional stability, with carbon footprint metrics significantly lower than those of comparable enterprises, perfectly aligning with Europe’s stringent requirements for supply-chain transparency and green practices.
Jiujiang Deep Sea Technology exhibited its full range of silicone oils and customized solutions, showcasing four key product categories at Booth No. 1208: food-grade and household-grade silicone oils (compliant with EU REACH regulations and eco-label certifications), industrial functional silicone oils (high-temperature lubricants, efficient defoamers, textile water-repellent softeners), and silicone oil raw materials for liquid adhesives. During the event, its high-thermal-conductivity silicone oil for new-energy vehicle battery thermal management systems and its low-friction silicone oil for medical catheters became particularly popular topics of discussion.
Complementary activities were equally compelling, establishing a high-end platform for industry exchange. A series of seminars on silicone and silicone gel technologies were held concurrently, sharing the latest advancements and industry trends. The quality of attendees was exceptionally high, with clear purchasing objectives; experts and buyers from diverse end-user sectors—including automotive, healthcare, electronics, aerospace, and construction—gathered at the event. A representative from Germany’s Reinhardt-Technik commented: “We never imagined the exhibition would be so successful! The discussions were of very high caliber, with attendees raising highly professional and detailed technical questions, and the clients we connected with showed genuine interest in our company and products.”
