The Exhibitor Value of the Nanning Tea Expo (TEAEXPO)
- The largest and most influential specialized tea industry event in Guangxi: Organized by Shenzhen Huajuchen International Exhibition Group, the Nanning International Tea Industry Expo (TEAEXPO) has been held annually since 2013, now in its fifteenth edition. It serves as a key indicator for tea trading, ordering, networking, and market trends in Guangxi. Widely regarded within the industry as the second-largest tea expo in Guangxi after Beijing’s Tea Expo, the event has cultivated a strong presence in Nanning for over a decade, driven by brand-building, market expansion, and enhanced competitiveness, while deeply integrating industry resources.
- A one-stop platform covering the entire tea value chain: The expo encompasses all major tea categories—Pu’er, dark tea, green tea, oolong, white tea, black tea—as well as deep-processed tea products, tea utensils and crafts, Yixing clay pots, tea packaging, tea machinery, and derivative products. From traditional premium teas to innovative “tea+” offerings, from classic tea wares to emerging tea beverages, exhibitors can seamlessly complete product display, brand exposure, and business negotiations here.
- Precise connections with core buyers and distribution channels in Southwest China and ASEAN: Backed by Huajuchen’s two-decade-long, deeply rooted industry network, the expo has established a comprehensive procurement matrix that integrates leading distributors and new retail platforms. It is expected to attract more than 3,000 professional buyers, including decision-makers from well-known tea chains, upscale hotels, and cross-border e-commerce platforms. Located in Nanning, the expo extends targeted invitations to tea distributors, chain brands, and e-commerce platforms across Guangxi and throughout China, helping regional teas reach wider markets.
- Unique value for Chinese enterprises—strategic engine for expanding into Southwest China and radiating into ASEAN: As China’s gateway city for open cooperation with ASEAN, Nanning not only provides an important showcase for Guangxi’s teas but also serves as a strategic platform for Chinese tea companies seeking to penetrate ASEAN markets. Local Guangxi treasures such as Liubao tea, Lingyun Baihao, and Sanjiang Early Spring Tea have leveraged the expo to reach national and even global audiences.
- A vanguard for technological innovation and industry trendsetting: Deep-processed tea products stood out as a major highlight, with innovations like tea-infused baijiu, tea-flavored ice cream, bagged tea, cold-brewed tea, milk tea, and skincare products breaking traditional tea-drinking boundaries and precisely targeting younger consumers. Meanwhile, the aged aroma and collectible value of Liubao tea continued to gain popularity, driving sustained market interest.
- In-depth linkage with high-end forums and industry resources: Concurrent with the expo, events such as the “Liubao Tea Shines Across China” gala, the “Sanjiang Tea” special promotion, intangible cultural heritage tea gatherings, the Guangxi Young Tea Professionals Forum, and flower arrangement competitions were held, using culture to empower the tea industry and comprehensively drive its renewal and upgrading.

Review
The 15th China (Nanning) International Tea Industry Expo 2025 was successfully held from November 28 to December 1 at Hall B1 of the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center. Hosted by the Shenzhen Tea Culture Promotion Association and Shenzhen Huajuchen International Exhibition Group, this edition of the expo focused on the integrated development of tea, tea culture, and tea tourism, resonating with a spirit of inclusivity and innovation as the year’s final major event in the tea market.
Covering an exhibition area of 20,000㎡, the event featured 1,000 international-standard booths, bringing together over 600 renowned tea brands. The exhibition was organized into six major tea categories, a Liubao Tea zone, a Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and International zone, a Tea Utensils and Crafts zone, and a Yixing Clay Pot zone—five thematic sections in total. Three prominent “Guangxi treasure teas”—the Cangwu Traditional Liubao Tea delegation, the Sanjiang delegation, and the Lingyun delegation from Guangxi—made their collective appearance, showcasing the rich diversity and profound heritage of Guangxi’s tea industry.
The exhibitor lineup demonstrated both leadership and clustering trends. Leading Liubao tea brands such as Wuzhou Tea Factory, Wuzhou Zhongcha, Nongken Maosheng, Shengyuan Liubao Tea, and Cangsong, alongside emerging tea enterprises, gathered under one roof. In the Pu’er tea segment, brands like Diannan Guyun, Shujian Ancient Tea, and Puzuo Hao made striking appearances. Meanwhile, the Tea Utensils and Ceramics section welcomed five famous kilns and four renowned pottery traditions, with three government-sponsored delegations—the Qinzhou Nicxing Pottery delegation, the Jingdezhen High-Skill Talent delegation, and the Jingdezhen Ceramic University delegation—alongside celebrated artisans and brands such as Gangxinzhai, Dong Jianping, Fan Lijin, and Tang Ke, jointly creating a new artistic experience in tea ware.
Deep-processed tea products emerged as the highlight of this year’s expo. Brands including Guojing Tea Wine, Moli Shidai, Yu° Mingting•Tea Wine, and Xinyi Mingyuan Jasmine Tea unveiled innovative offerings such as tea-infused baijiu, tea-flavored ice cream, bagged tea, cold-brewed tea, milk tea, and skincare products—diverse “tea+” creations that transcend traditional tea-drinking boundaries and precisely target younger consumer segments.
A rich array of concurrent events further enlivened the expo. On the opening day, the “Liubao Tea Shines Across China (2025)—Grand Gathering of Ten-Year-Aged Liubao Tea” kicked off, drawing nearly 200 seasoned tea experts and influential buyers from across the country. Vibrant on-site exchanges and continuous contract signings followed. Simultaneously, the “Lingyun Baihao” brand and product launch event showcased the exceptional qualities of Lingyun Baihao tea—its lustrous color, abundant downy hairs, rich aroma, mellow taste, and remarkable resistance to multiple infusions. The “Eight Gui Fragrance·Floral Artistry Competition—2025 Nanning Flower Arrangement Contest” used flora as its medium to vividly interpret Eastern aesthetic principles. Additionally, the expo launched the “21 Days to Make the World Fall in Love with Liubao Tea” check-in initiative, encouraging participants to embrace drinking Liubao tea as a healthy, fashionable lifestyle.
Exhibitors and industry stakeholders responded enthusiastically. On the first day, the venue buzzed with activity, welcoming representatives from tea companies nationwide, professional buyers, and tea culture enthusiasts. Leveraging Huajuchen’s extensive national buyer network and precise invitation system, the expo extended targeted invitations to tea distributors, chain brands, e-commerce platforms, and other professional buyers across China, helping high-quality teas from various regions break through production-area limitations and enter broader markets. Attendees agreed that the Nanning Tea Expo, as the most influential specialized tea industry event in Guangxi, has become a strategic platform for companies to showcase products, connect with customers, gain insights into market trends, and expand into Southwest China and ASEAN markets.
