Nanning international convention & exhibition center

Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center integrates comprehensive service functions such as exhibition, conference, commerce, catering, leisure and entertainment. Located in the central area of Nanning City, it enjoys superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The surrounding areas are equipped with complete supporting service facilities such as dining, accommodation, and entertainment. It is invested and constructed by the Nanning municipal government, entrusted to Nanning International Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd. for operation, and officially put into use in 2003. Since 2004, it has been the permanent venue for the China-ASEAN Expo.

Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center covers an area of 560 acres with a total construction area of 480,000 square meters. The architectural design is unique, ingenious, built on the hillside, majestic, and is a famous landmark building in Nanning City. The overall building is divided into five zones (ABCDE), among which Zone A is equipped with a registration hall, commercial and catering support area; Zone B is equipped with a reception hall, VIP rest room, Jinguilian Hall (multi-functional hall), press center, exhibition hall and underground parking lot; Zone C is equipped with administrative comprehensive building, Jin Yan Theatre and Youyuan Sunshine Hall; Zone D is equipped with main exhibition area, Juzhilian Hall (multi-functional hall), conference center and Youyuan National Banquet Restaurant; Zone E is equipped with multi-functional exhibition hall, office area and parking lot.

The exhibition part has 18 exhibition halls of different specifications (the largest exhibition hall is 15,800 square meters, the smallest is 2,160 square meters), with an indoor exhibition area of 92,000 square meters, capable of setting up more than 5,500 international standard booths. The meeting part has 18 conference halls (rooms) of different sizes and a press center, equipped with a complete set of sound amplification equipment, 10+6 simultaneous interpretation system, video teleconference system, public broadcasting system, security system, computer network and other intelligent systems, which can meet the requirements of various domestic and international conferences, forums, business negotiations, and academic reports. Among them, the Jinguilian Hall in Zone B (with an area of about 3,500 square meters and able to accommodate 2,500 people) and the Juzhilian Hall in Zone D (with an area of about 2,300 square meters and able to accommodate 1,500 people) are ideal venues for holding various high-level meetings, exhibitions, banquets, and performances. The comprehensive supporting service functions of catering, commerce, leisure, etc. are perfect. In Zone A, there is a 4,500-square-meter registration hall, commercial center, catering area that can accommodate more than 4,000 people dining at the same time, and a slow-moving system that embodies humanistic care. In addition, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center also has an outdoor central square with an area of 26,000 square meters, and an underground parking lot that can park 3,612 small cars.

It has won honors such as the Fifth Jeme Tien Yow Civil Engineering Award, the Best Exhibition Venue Award in China in 2009, the Classic and Premium Project of New China in the 60th Anniversary, the Architectural Creation Award of New China in the 60th Anniversary, the Best Exhibition Hall Award in China in the New Century, the Best Exhibition Venue Management Award in China in 2011, and the Excellent On-site Service Provider Award of the China-ASEAN Expo for 10 years. Since 2006, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center has been rated as the 'Best Convention Center in China' for many consecutive years, 'Top Ten Best Convention Centers in China', 'Top Ten Brand Convention Centers in China', and 'Supporting for 10 Years, Splendid for 10 Sessions' award for excellent on-site service providers of the China-ASEAN Expo for 10 years. In 2013, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center passed the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, becoming the first exhibition venue in the western region of China to pass the quality management system certification.
