Exhibition Introduction
The Value of Participating in the French Titanium Industry Exhibition
- TITANIUM EUROPE is Europe’s preeminent specialized event for the titanium industry, organized by the International Titanium Association (ITA). Since its inception in 1984, it has been held dozens of times and is widely recognized as a barometer of global titanium industry development and a central hub for Europe’s premium titanium market. The ITA is a global trade association representing major titanium producers, whose member companies account for over 90% of worldwide titanium output. The 18th edition of the exhibition in 2026 will be held from April 14 to 16 at the Toulouse Exhibition Center, bringing together cutting-edge technologies and innovative products across the entire titanium industry value chain.
- The core value of participation lies in its role as a precise gateway to Europe’s premium titanium market, backed by the authoritative endorsement of the ITA. Toulouse, the host city, is a pivotal center for Europe’s aerospace and medical technology industries, home to Airbus headquarters, where demand for high-performance titanium alloys remains robust. The 2026 exhibition is expected to attract 168 exhibiting companies and 5,500 professional visitors from around the globe, with exhibitors hailing from China, Japan, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, Brazil, and other leading titanium-producing nations. Professional attendees include technical experts and purchasing decision-makers from sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, chemical processing equipment, and marine engineering, providing exhibitors with a strategic window to engage directly with Europe’s high-end clientele.
- The exhibition establishes a one-stop commercial platform covering the entire titanium industry value chain. Exhibits range from technologies for producing titanium sponge, corrosion-resistant titanium alloys, high-temperature titanium alloys, high-strength and tough titanium alloys, functional and medical-grade titanium alloys, powder metallurgy titanium alloys, and titanium-based composite materials—high-end technological products—to basic raw materials such as titanium ore, titanium sponge, titanium powder, plates, bars, wires, tubes, strips, and foils, as well as mining, metallurgical, smelting, machining, welding, specialized forming, heat treatment, and instrumentation equipment. From upstream raw materials to downstream applications, a complete industrial ecosystem is thus established.
- The exhibition aligns with three major industry trends—lightweighting in aerospace, innovation in medical implants, and green metallurgical technologies—creating a high ground for deep integration among industry, academia, research, and end-users. Concurrent high-profile professional forums and seminars bring together industry authorities, corporate executives, and seasoned researchers to delve into cutting-edge technologies, market trends, and application expansion. The 2026 forum agenda covers core issues such as global supply-and-demand dynamics in the titanium industry, innovative applications of titanium technologies in the medical field, and developments in industrial market dynamics. Retech, a subsidiary of SECO/WARWICK, will showcase advanced equipment on-site, including electron beam melting (EB), plasma arc melting (PAM), vacuum arc remelting (VAR), and small-scale atomization powder production.
- For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition represents a strategic gateway to expanding into Europe’s premium markets, connecting with global resources, and demonstrating innovative strengths. China is the world’s largest producer of titanium materials and has already achieved international competitiveness in high-performance titanium alloys and medical-grade titanium alloys. Europe exhibits strong demand for aerospace-grade titanium, medical implant titanium alloys, and corrosion-resistant titanium alloys for chemical processing equipment. Through this exhibition, Chinese companies can connect with European high-end customers such as Airbus, Safran, and Solvay, integrating into the global titanium supply chain. Exhibiting firms can leverage this platform to access Europe’s core procurement networks, seizing opportunities in the ongoing transformation toward high-end, green, and globally integrated titanium industries.
