Exhibition Introduction
The Exhibition Value of VIETBUILD, the Vietnam Hanoi Building Materials and Home Furnishings Fair
- Vietnam’s and Southeast Asia’s largest and most influential annual event for the construction and building materials industry: Co-organized by the Information Center of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and the Vietnam International Exhibition Organization Group, VIETBUILD is the flagship trade show for Vietnam’s building materials and home furnishings sectors. Held annually across multiple Vietnamese cities—including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang—the 2025 edition in Ho Chi Minh City attracted nearly 600 exhibitors and featured over 2,000 booths, while the Da Nang show brought together close to 900 domestic and international companies. Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that the fair serves as a crucial platform for implementing national policies aimed at promoting trade, technological innovation, and investment cooperation.
- A one-stop showcase covering the entire industry value chain: The exhibition encompasses the full spectrum of the building materials sector, including timber, panels, aluminum–plastic composites, cement, concrete, stone, ceramics, tiles, glass, curtain walls, and more; hardware tools such as hand tools, power tools, architectural hardware, door and window fittings, and fasteners; sanitary ware—such as toilets, bathtubs, shower enclosures, and faucets; interior and exterior decorative materials; electrical equipment and smart home systems; HVAC and ventilation systems; and renewable energy solutions like solar technologies. From green building materials to smart home technologies, and from traditional hardware to energy-efficient and eco-friendly products, exhibitors can engage in comprehensive interactions—from technology demonstrations and brand exposure to business negotiations.
- Precise matchmaking with key buyers and supply-chain partners in Vietnam and ASEAN: The 2025 edition drew participating companies from Russia, China, Japan, India, Thailand, Indonesia, and other countries, showcasing cutting-edge products and advanced technologies. The audience included building material distributors, construction contractors, real estate developers, designers, importers, exporters, and other procurement stakeholders across all channels. Concurrently, the fair hosted “EURASIA EXPO 2025 – Vietnam Eurasian Construction Industry Exhibition,” along with numerous specialized seminars addressing critical topics such as green building material development, technological collaboration, and energy-saving innovations.
- Unique value for Chinese enterprises: a strategic engine for expanding into the Vietnamese and ASEAN markets: With Vietnam’s economy experiencing rapid growth and urbanization accelerating, demand for building materials remains robust. As a flagship event strongly supported by the Vietnamese government, VIETBUILD provides Chinese companies with an ideal platform to showcase their proprietary technologies, connect with local buyers, and secure overseas orders. The fair places particular emphasis on green and renewable products, aligning closely with the development trajectory of China’s green building materials sector and offering policy-driven advantages for entering the Vietnamese market. Additionally, the organizing committee officially launched Vietbuild Online, an international exhibition portal, to strengthen digital collaboration and trade promotion.
- A vanguard for technological innovation and industry trends:Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building materials, smart home systems, renewable energy devices, and green building technologies have emerged as key highlights. The exhibition features creative, user-friendly, and eco-conscious building materials, machinery, and innovative new products and services—especially those emphasizing sustainability and renewability. Exhibiting companies can gain valuable insights into the trend toward “greenification, intelligentization, and energy efficiency” within Vietnam’s building materials industry, positioning themselves to seize early opportunities in the ASEAN market.
