Exhibition Introduction
The Exhibition Value of the Asia Education Equipment Expo
- China’s first-ever hosting of a premier international educational equipment event—the Chinese stage for the Worlddidac Association’s flagship exhibition. Co-hosted by the Worlddidac Association, the China Education Equipment Industry Association, and other authoritative bodies, the expo has consistently focused on the cutting edge of the educational equipment sector since its inception. In 2025, it was introduced to mainland China for the first time and will continue to be held here for the next decade. Leveraging Zhejiang’s strengths as a “digital economy hub” and the Yangtze River Delta’s robust educational foundation, the expo brings together global leaders in educational equipment, seasoned experts, and industry decision-makers, serving as a strategic gateway for companies to showcase their innovation, connect with worldwide resources, and integrate into the Asian—and even global—educational ecosystem.
- Comprehensive coverage of the entire industry chain, presenting all eight core segments. Exhibits span pre-school, primary, secondary, higher, and special education, encompassing information technology equipment, laboratory apparatus, subject-specific classrooms, STEAM education, sports gear, arts, music, and physical education, as well as logistics, practical training, and electromechanical equipment—eight major categories in total. From AI-driven smart classrooms to low-carbon, eco-friendly laboratory systems, from immersive VR teaching environments to recyclable educational tool designs, the expo fully showcases前沿 technologies and innovative solutions addressing green transformation, intelligent upgrades, and resource circularity in the field of educational equipment.
- Access to a global buyer base, establishing an international trade-matching hub. The expo deeply embraces the principle of “open cooperation,” actively attracting advanced international resources while helping domestic enterprises expand into global markets. During the event, initiatives such as the “Global Procurement Fair” and the “B2B CONNECT International Educational Equipment Procurement Meeting” were organized, inviting education authorities, school equipment managers, and exhibiting companies from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, and other countries to engage in targeted matchmaking. The “Far-Ocean Plan” and the “Going Global with Enterprises Plan” were also launched, promoting the internationalization of vocational education equipment and standards, and fostering a new paradigm of mutually beneficial international collaboration for businesses.
- More than 20 high-level forums providing authoritative guidance, building an ecosystem of deep industry–academia–research–application integration. Concurrent with the expo, events such as the Artificial Intelligence–Empowered Educational Equipment Innovation and Development Conference, the Asian Vocational and Technical Education and Training Symposium, the Forum on AI-Driven Integrated Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health, and the Future School Construction Workshop—over 20 high-profile academic exchanges and specialized seminars—were held. Representatives from international organizations including UNESCO, the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization, and the Worlddidac Association, along with global experts and scholars, convened to engage in in-depth discussions on pressing issues such as education digitalization, AI in education, industry–education integration, and overseas education, providing enterprises with a high-caliber think tank to navigate policy directions and discern industry trends.
- Specialized exhibition zones and intensive procurement matchmaking, delivering immersive experiential value. The expo meticulously curated themed pavilions, including the Digital Education Ecosystem Joint Exhibition, the Artificial Intelligence Robot Science Exhibition, the Educational Robot Zone, and the Interactive Chemistry, Physics, and Biology Laboratory Experience Hall—each showcasing cutting-edge trends and innovative practices in the field of educational equipment. Concurrently, interactive activities such as the School Uniform and Campus Apparel Fashion Show and the Healthy China Youth Health Literacy Enhancement Campaign allowed professional visitors to deeply appreciate the humanistic care and aesthetic value embedded in educational equipment through immersive experiences.
