According to the “Xinjiang Health and Wellness Sector 14th Five‑Year Development Plan,” leveraging Urumqi’s advantages as a hub of high‑quality health resources, the plan seeks to comprehensively enhance regional healthcare service capacity, vigorously develop the health‑related industry, promote the high‑quality growth of the traditional Chinese medicine sector, and foster synergistic development among health‑care, elderly care, health tourism, and related industries.
