Changi Exhibition Centre

      The Changi Exhibition Centre (CEC) is located within the city of Singapore and spans over 30 hectares. It is situated in the northern part of Singapore, with the Changi Air Base (East) just beyond its perimeter fence. Initially intended to be an Asian aviation airport, the venue was acquired by Reed Exhibitions in 2007, leading to the establishment of the Changi Exhibition Centre. In 2008, the Singapore Airshow was held at the Changi Exhibition Centre. Located on Aviation Park Road, the centre has the potential for future expansion as part of the Singapore Changi Airport. The exhibition halls of the Changi Exhibition Centre cover a total area of 42,500 square meters, divided into three halls, each with a ground floor and a mezzanine. The three halls have a continuous H-shaped layout, with Hall 1A measuring 17,300 square meters, Hall 1B measuring 3,200 square meters, and Hall 1C measuring 17,000 square meters, totaling 33,340 square meters of exhibition space. The exhibition centre also features nine fully functional meeting rooms of varying sizes, from 65 meters to 330 meters, covering a total area of 1,753 square meters. The mezzanine level provides an additional 5,000 square meters of space. The outdoor exhibition space at the Changi Exhibition Centre includes a forecourt and an outdoor area of 259 square meters, totaling 100,000 square meters.

      As the production company behind the popular model series(Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 5), Fox Networks Group Asia was tasked with creating a unique fashion shoot for the exhibition sponsor, Subaru. We had to hoist each model from at least a 10-story high crane, with contestants gracefully posing on swings while Subaru cars performed dangerous stunts below them. To achieve this shoot, we needed a very large and flexible venue that could accommodate a massive setup and unusual requirements. We were thrilled to use the Changi Exhibition Centre, which was perfectly suited for the shoot.
