The Guangzhou Pazhou International Procurement Center is located on Pazhou Island in Haizhu District, adjacent to Hall B of the Guangzhou Pazhou Convention & Exhibition Center, with a total exhibition space of 258,000 square meters. The center’s address is on Pazhou Island, in the southeastern part of Guangzhou. Its newly constructed facilities are situated on the eastern side of the Guangzhou Convention & Exhibition Center, while its office tower and hotel occupy the northern and southern sections. The development encompasses an extensive site and features numerous shared spaces, with large open areas that define the area’s expansive landscape.

Guangzhou Pazhou International Procurement Center covers a total land area of approximately 110,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of 250,000 square meters, including 170,000 square meters above ground. The procurement center is divided into east and west wings: the eastern wing comprises an 18‑story tower totaling about 105,000 square meters, with a podium spanning floors 1–4—6 meters high and 18 meters wide, each floor measuring roughly 12,000 square meters—and a tower section from floors 5 to 18, 4 meters high with 18-meter spans, offering 42,000 square meters per floor. The western wing houses a large, self‑owned rental exhibition hall of 65,000 square meters. The basement level spans 80,000 square meters, accommodating a 40,000‑square‑meter business support center, logistics zones, food and beverage facilities, equipment services, and an underground exhibition hall; the remaining portion serves as an underground parking garage with 1,000 parking spaces.

Its logistics zone: the basement level includes a dedicated logistics area capable of simultaneously handling dozens of heavy trucks for loading and unloading exhibition goods. Each floor of the podium is equipped with six freight elevators, eight passenger elevators, and two escalator pairs; the tower floors feature eight passenger elevators, two freight elevators, and one pair of connecting escalators linking each floor.

The Guangzhou International Procurement Center leverages the Pazhou convention and exhibition business district and aligns with China’s Belt and Road Initiative, providing domestic and international small and medium-sized enterprises with a platform for product showcasing, networking, trade, and collaboration, thereby establishing a service‑oriented, innovation‑driven second‑generation specialized exhibition venue.
