It aims to strongly promote the comprehensive integration of China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell sector into the global procurement system, fostering coordinated cooperation, mutual benefit, and shared progress with hydrogen and fuel cell industries worldwide.
Against the backdrop of low-carbon development and energy transition, the hydrogen energy industry will enter a crucial period of opportunity during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. According to the "Notice on Matters Concerning the Preparation of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development" issued by the National Energy Administration, hydrogen energy has been listed as a key task in the plan. Developing fuel cell vehicles has become an important pathway to align with the global ecological transformation of the automotive industry and to transition China's auto industry from large to strong. It is also a vital practice for implementing the national innovation-driven development strategy and accelerating the construction of a global science and technology innovation center. As a truly "zero-emission, pollution-free" new energy vehicle, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles represent the future direction of clean-powered new energy vehicles.
