Emaar Misr Marassi Marina
The MARASSI Marina and Yacht Club on Egypt’s North Coast has been inaugurated with a total investment of EGP 24.2 billion, marking the first international marina on the North Coast. Company founder Mohamed El Abbar stated, “We are proud of this international facility that will transform the North Coast and place it on the global yachting tourism map.”
The MARASSI Marina and Yacht Club on Egypt’s North Coast is the most significant tourist marina along the southern Mediterranean coast, spanning an area of 1.16 million square meters. The port can accommodate up to 267 yachts, ranging in length from 12 to 155 meters. The project also includes five internationally‑standard hotels, as well as numerous high‑quality amenities, services, and facilities.
With a total investment exceeding EGP 24.2 billion, the development encompasses more than 2,500 residential units and 134 commercial plots, generating over 180,000 jobs. This initiative forms part of Emaar Misr’s vision for developing this strategically important region.
