The Guangdong Zhu Xi International Convention and Exhibition Center (GZICEC), invested by the Jiangmen Municipal Government and constructed by Poly Real Estate, was officially put into use in March 2017. Currently, it is one of the most complete in terms of functions, most comprehensive in terms of supporting facilities, and most advanced in terms of facilities among professional venues in the western Pearl River Delta region.
The Guangdong Zhu Xi International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total of 2,050 international standard booths, with a total construction area of 77,937.3 square meters. The building's total height (steel structure roof) is 23.95 meters. It has one underground floor with a ceiling height of 4.4 meters and a construction area of 40,564.5 square meters; above ground, there is a concrete structure with a height of 12.3 meters and a building height of 36.3 meters, with a construction area of 37,372.8 square meters. The foundation type is prestressed concrete pipe piles + drilled cast-in-place piles. The structural form is reinforced concrete frame structure + steel structure roof (flat steel truss and flat portal steel frame). The convention and exhibition center is mainly divided into 5 functional areas, including 5 exhibition halls and a training gymnasium.
