Huizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group, fully responsible for the operation and management of the Huizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group is a public institution at the level of a department-level unit, affiliated to the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee.

As one of the most influential mainstream media in the Dongjiang River Basin, Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group has eight branches and six departments under it, with the right to operate 11 TV channels and two radio frequencies. Among them, Huizhou Television has three self-operated channels and two text-image channels, while Huizhou Radio has FM100 News Comprehensive and FM98.8 Traffic Environmental Protection two frequencies. The program signal of Huizhou Television covers the whole city and surrounding areas such as Shanwei, Heyuan, Dongguan, Foshan, with a population coverage of over 10 million; the radio programs of Huizhou Radio are firmly in the dominant position among the more than ten domestic and foreign frequencies covering Huizhou, covering most of the Pearl River Delta and Eastern Guangdong, with a population coverage of over 15 million. Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group is the only mainstream media in Huizhou area that simultaneously owns the three major advantageous resources of radio, television, and network, providing a good publicity platform for successfully holding various large-scale exhibitions and large-scale activities.

The Huizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is the only modern, international, and professional large-scale convention and exhibition center invested and built by the Huizhou municipal government in Huizhou. The center covers an area of 110,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 70,000 square meters, including 24,000 square meters of indoor exhibition halls and 30,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition grounds and meeting areas. It is a modern large-scale exhibition building integrating exhibition, conference, trade negotiation, information exchange, etc.

The Huizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has four independent exhibition halls, each with its own entrance and exit, capable of setting up 1,032 international standard booths. The ceiling height of the No. 1 and No. 2 exhibition halls is 13 meters, while the No. 3 and No. 4 exhibition halls are column-free spaces with a ceiling height of 15 meters. After PDS comprehensive cabling, power, weak power, information, communication, etc., reach each booth through underground pipelines.

The meeting area of the Huizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has one large conference room, also serving as a press conference center (500 square meters, 280 seats, equipped with simultaneous interpretation 3+1 system, conference system, projection equipment, etc.), one medium conference room (60 seats), six small conference rooms, 24 negotiation rooms, and one media warehouse (can provide services for 60 news media staff at the same time). The press conference center is equipped with audio-visual systems, which can meet the needs of the convention center for various meetings, press conferences, academic exchanges, training lectures, etc. The convention center has a small restaurant that can provide meals for more than 100 people at the same time, as well as two VIP rooms and functional rooms, etc. Its elegant environment and high-quality layout make it an ideal place for social各界人士会唔、洽谈的理想场所。
