Haikou National Sailing Base Public Wharf integrates the national sailing and windsurfing training base harbor with the Haikou citizens and tourists public yacht wharf, creating a sports tourism complex that combines national sailing board sports, citizens and tourists water entertainment, and marine tourism.

The Haikou National Sailing Base Public Wharf project plans to use a sea area of 269,000 square meters and a land area of 43,900 square meters, constructing 610 berths.
