Haining International Flower City
Haining International Flower City is located in the Chang'an Flower Garden of Chang'an Town, Haining City, opposite the Haining International Tire City, on the north side of No. 101 Provincial Road, within a densely populated area for人流、物流、信息流人流、物流、信息流in the Yangtze River Delta, with prosperous economy, frequent import and export trade, and relatively large logistics radiation to all provinces. The project relies on the horticultural industry foundation of the Haining Chang'an Flower Garden and the guiding role of Zhejiang Hongyue Flower Co., Ltd. in the professional field, dedicated to creating a specialized market focusing on the production, trading, and information service of flowers, seedlings, and related horticultural products.
The total land use area of the project is 700 acres, divided into three phases for planning and construction.
Phase I covers a total area of 50 acres and will be put into use in October 2013. It has a total construction area of 31,371 square meters, including transaction buildings, office buildings, and supporting parking lots. The transaction building is 18,426 square meters over three floors, with corridors connecting each floor, and each floor has a loading and unloading logistics service area for convenient cargo transfer. Mainly includes fresh cut flowers, high-quality potted plants, horticultural materials, high-quality potted pots, garden decorations, outdoor furniture, and other products related to home gardening. The office building is nine stories with a total area of 12,945 square meters, positioned to provide dining, office, accommodation, and other services for the entire market.
Phase II covers 50 acres, which is the greenhouse part of the market. Mainly includes potted plants, greenhouse flowers, garden plants, courtyard materials, etc.
Phase III covers 600 acres, which is the outdoor horticultural plant trading area. This area includes a 300-acre market trading area and a 300-acre supporting production and maintenance area. Mainly focuses on trading large-scale ornamental leaf plants, potted plants, high-quality garden landscaping seedlings, unique stones, garden materials, etc.
The entire trading market is also equipped with an advanced logistics system, combined with its superior geographical location and functional positioning, the market aims to become a platform for displaying new and excellent horticultural products and advanced technologies at home and abroad; specialty stores of international mainstream horticultural companies and premium display trading venues for domestic well-known horticultural enterprises.
