Pyongyang Grand Exhibition Hall of the Three Revolutions, North Korea

The Three Revolutions Exhibition Hall in Pyongyang, North Korea, is a museum located in the Seonggyo District of Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. It showcases materials related to the “Three Revolutions” advocated by Kim Il-sung. Established in 1993, the hall comprises sections such as the Electronics Industry Pavilion, the New Technology Innovation Pavilion, the Light Industry Pavilion, the Heavy Industry Pavilion, and the Agriculture Pavilion.

According to the Korean Central News Agency, the official news outlet of North Korea, the Three Revolutions Exhibition Hall originated from the Democratic Construction Exhibition, founded in 1946 and initially used for exhibition purposes. Following the Korean War, industrial and agricultural exhibitions were also held at this venue. In 1989, upon the directive of Kim Jong-il, the Democratic Construction Exhibition was restructured into the Three Revolutions Exhibition Hall. Consequently, in 2016, the hall celebrated its 70th anniversary, with the Workers’ Party of Korea issuing a congratulatory message on this occasion.
