Yulin Convention and Exhibition Center

The Yulin City Convention and Exhibition Center is a public‑type facility integrating large‑scale domestic and international conferences, exhibitions, banquets, and other functions. It also serves as the office space for the “Nine Event Centers” of the Provincial 17th Games, including the Welcome Center, Arrival/Departure Service Center, Medical Service Center, and Security Center, undertaking key logistical support duties during the Games.

The convention and exhibition center has a total floor area of approximately 164,000 square meters and occupies a site of about 450 mu (some sources cite a total site area of 81.5 hectares, which includes the entire sports complex). The building stands approximately 40.3 meters tall, with a roof structure featuring an orthogonal grid system combined with diagonally braced planar trusses, and a total steel consumption of roughly 13,000 tons.

The venue features clearly defined functional zones, with the following key facilities:

Exhibition Hall Area: Comprising six large exhibition halls (H1–H7), with a net exhibition space of approximately 31,700 square meters, which can be used individually or in combination according to specific needs.

Conference and Banquet Facilities: Equipped with an international conference center auditorium accommodating up to 1,000 attendees, as well as a spacious banquet hall spanning roughly 2,000 square meters, catering to high‑end business meetings and formal receptions.

Outdoor Exhibition Areas: Featuring a South Plaza of approximately 20,000 square meters and a North Plaza of about 30,000 square meters, for a combined outdoor exhibition space of roughly 50,000 square meters, suitable for hosting open‑air exhibitions and large‑scale events.

Parking Facilities: The overall design provides 1,322 vehicle parking spaces, including 561 above ground and 761 underground, with convenient access; visitors can reach the site by taking Bus Route 23 to the “Yulin City Sports Center” stop and walking from there.
